FIG. 1 is a front view of a first image in a sequence of images of a display panel with animated graphical user interface showing my new design;

FIG. 3 is a front view of a third image of the sequence of images of the animated graphical user interface illustrated in FIG. 1;

FIG. 4 is a front view of a first image in a sequence of images of a display panel with animated graphical user interface showing my new design in accordance to an alternate embodiment;

The broken lines in the drawings illustrate portions of a display panel with animated graphical user interface that form no part of the claimed design. In FIGS. 1-3, where colors are present, the color forms a part of the claimed design, except for alphanumeric text where the letter, number, or decimal is outlined in broken lines, in which case such color and alphanumeric text does not form part of the claimed design. The more-dense stippling in regions of FIGS. 4-6 represents a first color or shade that is different from the region in FIGS. 4 and 5 having the less-dense stippling.

The appearance of the graphical user interface transitions sequentially between FIGS. 1-3 in embodiment 1 and FIGS. 4-6 in embodiment 2. The process or period in which one image transitions to another forms no part of the claimed design.
