FIG. 8 is a front elevational view of a first image of a second embodiment of a display panel or screen with animated graphical user interface showing our new design;

FIG. 10 is a front elevational view of a third image thereof;

FIG. 11 is a front elevational view of a fourth image thereof;

FIG. 12 is a front elevational view of a fifth image thereof;

FIG. 13 is a front elevational view of a sixth image thereof; and,

FIG. 14 is a front elevational view of a seventh image thereof.

The appearance of the transitional image transitions sequentially between the images shown in FIGS. 1-7 and FIGS. 8-14 respectively. The process or period in which an image transitions to another forms no part of the claimed design.

The broken line showing of a display panel or screen forms no part of the claimed design. The dot-dash broken lines define the boundaries of the claimed design and form no part of the claimed design. In the first embodiment, everything shown above the boundaries forms no part of the claimed design. In the second embodiment, everything shown within the boundaries forms no part of the claimed design.

The ornamental design for a display panel or screen with animated graphical user interface, as shown and described.
