Description

FIG. 1 is a top plan view of a floor surface underlayment with indicia showing my new design; and,

FIG. 2 is an enlarged view of the circumscribed area in FIG. 1.

The depicted surface of the floor underlayment is flat.

The perimeter broken line represents the boundary of the claim and forms no part of the claimed design. The remaining broken lines in the drawings depict guide lines that form a part of the claimed design.
