Description

FIG. 1 is a front view of a display screen or portion thereof with icon, showing the new design; and,

FIG. 2 is another front view of the icon of FIG. 1, shown in an environment of an electronic device for completeness of illustration.

The outermost broken line of even length illustrates an electronic device, the broken line of even length at the periphery of the figure illustrates the display screen, the remaining broken lines of even length illustrate portions of a graphical user interface, and the broken lines of uneven length define the boundary of the icon. None of the broken lines form part of the claimed design.

The ornamental design for a display screen or portion thereof with icon, as shown and described.
