Description

FIG. 1 is a face view of a display screen or portion thereof having graphical user interface with transitional icon, showing my new design and illustrating a first image of the transitional icon.

FIG. 2 is a face view of a display screen or portion thereof having graphical user interface with transitional icon, illustrating a second image of the transitional icon.

FIG. 3 is a face view of a display screen or portion thereof having graphical user interface with transitional icon, illustrating a third image of the transitional icon.

FIG. 4 is a face view of a display screen or portion thereof having graphical user interface with transitional icon, illustrating a fourth image of the transitional icon.

FIG. 5 is a face view of a display screen or portion thereof having graphical user interface with transitional icon, illustrating a fifth image of the transitional icon.

The appearance of the display screen or portion thereof having graphical user interface with transitional icon sequentially transitions among the images shown in FIGS. 1-8. The process or period in which one image transitions to another image forms no part of the claimed design.
