FIG. 4 is a top plan view thereof;

FIG. 5 is a bottom plan view thereof;

FIG. 6 is a left side elevational view thereof;

FIG. 7 is a right side elevational view thereof; and,

FIG. 8 is a top, rear and left side perspective view thereof in a state of being attached to an endoscope.

The broken line areas showing a boundary of the endoscope suction valve form no part of the claimed design.
