FIG. 1 is a perspective view of a combined hair clip, elastic band, and adhesive skin pad showing my new design;

FIG. 2 is another perspective view of the combined hair clip, elastic band, and adhesive skin pad;

FIG. 3 is a top view thereof; and,

FIG. 4 is a bottom view thereof.

The broken lines in the drawings depict portions of the combined hair clip, elastic band, and adhesive skin pad that form no part of the claimed design.
