Teaching tool for educational and demonstrational purposes; it is suitable in the medical field when practicing surgical knot tying techniques but equally useful in any application where one has to learn the basics of how knots are tied or stitches are sewn, such as tying a knot by sliding it down onto a recessed pin in a narrow cylinder, joining two tensioned parallel cords together without rupture by making a continuous seam or tying onto an easy accessible pin.
