Description

The outer rectangle in broken lines shows the display screen and forms no part of the claimed design. The portions of the transitional graphical user interface shown in broken lines form no part of the claimed design.

The subject matter of this patent includes a process or period in which an image changes into another image. The process or period forms no part of the claimed design.

The appearance of the transitional image of a first embodiment of the claimed design transitions sequentially between the images shown in FIGS. 1, 2, 3, and 4. The appearance of the transitional image of a second embodiment of the claimed design transitions sequentially between the images shown in FIGS. 1, 3, and 4. The appearance of the transitional image of a third embodiment of the claimed design transitions sequentially between the images shown in FIGS. 4, 3, 2, and 1. The appearance of the transitional image of a fourth embodiment of the claimed design transitions sequentially between the images shown in FIGS. 4, 3, and 1.

The ornamental design for a display screen or portion thereof with transitional graphical user interface, as shown and described.
