Description

The appearance of the transitional image sequentially transitions between the images shown in FIGS. 1-3, FIGS. 4-7, FIGS. 8-10 and FIGS. 11-14, respectively, for each of the illustrated embodiments. The process or period in which one image transitions to another image forms no part of the claimed design.

The gray shading illustrates contrast which is part of the claimed design.

The longer broken-line showing of a portion of a computer and the intermediate-length broken-line showing of a display screen of the computer, as well as the features within the interface shown in still shorter broken-lines form no part of the claimed design.

The ornamental design for a computer display screen or portion thereof with animated graphical user interface, as shown and described.
