The FIGURE is a front view of a portion of a display panel on which the image of the double leaf app icon is displayed in accordance with an embodiment of the present invention.
The broken lines of the FIGURE are illustrative of the border of the display panel upon which the double leaf app icon is displayed and form no part of the claimed design.

The ornamental design for the display panel portion with a double leaf app icon, as shown and described.
