The broken lines that are dashed showing landscape and mountain details in the interior of FIGS. 7-12, 19-24, and 31-36 form no part of the claimed design.

The appearance of the transitional images sequentially transition between the images shown in FIGS. 1 through 6, between the images shown in FIGS. 7 through 12, between the images shown in FIGS. 13 through 18, between the images shown in FIGS. 19 through 24, between the images shown in FIGS. 25 through 30, and between the images shown in FIGS. 31 through 36. The subject matter of this patent includes a process or period in which an image changes into another image. This process or period forms no part of the claimed design.

Claims

The ornamental design for a display screen or portion thereof with transitional graphical user interface, as shown and described.
