FIG. 1: Is a perspective view of the lid for a medical implant and/or instrument case, from the top position;

FIG. 2 is a left side elevation view thereof, the right side view being identical;

FIG. 3 is a front elevation view thereof, the rear view being identical;

FIG. 4 is a top plan view thereof; and,

FIG. 5 is a bottom view thereof.

The broken lines immediately adjacent to the shaded areas depict the bounds of the claimed invention, while all other broken lines are directed to the environment. The broken lines form no part of the claimed invention.

Claims

I claim the ornamental design for a lid for a medical implant and/or instrument case, as shown and described.
