Description

FIG. 1 is a front view of a display screen or portion thereof having an animated graphical user interface showing a first image;

FIG. 2 is a front view of the display screen or portion thereof having the animated graphical user interface showing a second image;

FIG. 3 is a front view of the display screen or portion thereof having the animated graphical user interface showing a third image;

FIG. 4 is a front view of the display screen or portion thereof having the animated graphical user interface showing a fourth image;

FIG. 5 is a front view of the display screen or portion thereof having the animated graphical user interface showing a fifth image; and,

FIG. 6 is a front view of the display screen or portion thereof having the animated graphical user interface showing a sixth image. The appearance of the animated graphical user interface sequentially transitions from FIG. 1 to FIG. 6. The process in which a figure transitions to another figure forms no part of the claimed design.

The dot-dashed broken lines depict a boundary on the display screen and form no part of the claimed design. The dashed broken lines depict portions of the display screen or portion thereof having a graphical user interface that form no part of the claimed design.

The ornamental design for a display screen or portion thereof having an animated graphical user interface, as shown and described.
