FIG. 3 is a front end view of the one ornamental embodiment of the handgun frame conversion adapter;

FIG. 4 is a top view of the one ornamental embodiment of the handgun frame conversion adapter; and,

FIG. 5 is a bottom view of the one ornamental embodiment of the handgun frame conversion adapter.

We claim the ornamental design for a handgun frame conversion adapter, as shown and described.
