Abstract: The firearm and munitions kit is a cartridge and a barrel insert for a firearm adapted to fire munitions comprising a 223 round. The cartridge has an axis, a neck, a shoulder, a body, an extraction groove, and a slight frustoconical shape extending axially from the widest body diameter to the beginning of the shoulder. The barrel insert is appropriately chambered and provided for operability with the cartridge and round. A chamber of the barrel insert has an axis, a neck bore, a shoulder bore, and a body bore. The shoulder and the shoulder bore are formed at an angle of approximately 29°, ±0.5° with respect to the axis of the chamber. Upon firing a firearm equipped with the barrel insert and munitions of the present invention, the round is capable of reaching a minimum velocity of greater than 2,000 fps.

Abstract: This invention provides a removable staybar that is securely attached to the window frame and removed easily, with minimal effort after installation of the window, so that the full perimeter of the window frame can be opened and unobstructed for passage of bulky items therethrough. The staybar includes two opposing ends each having a groove and surrounding ramped inner faces. These grooves each pass over a web on a respective attachment member that is fixedly mounted to a side of the window frame. Each web on an attachment member supports a corresponding pair of ramped faces. The ramped faces of each attachment member are oriented so that, when each end of the staybar is moved onto a respective attachment member, the engaging ramped faces cause the ends of the staybar to be forcibly driven toward the adjacent inner-facing sides of the window frame for a tight, abutting fit between the frame faces and respective staybar ends.

Abstract: A pedestal structure for raised access floors comprising: a supporting seat, a fixing seat and a socket set screw, wherein the supporting seat has on the top thereof a screw bolt which is connected on its bottom with a bottom seat, the bottom seat has a protruding portion having centrally a pivot hole, the bottom of the screw bolt is in a shape of “H” for the purpose of connecting into the pivot hole; while the fixing seat has a through hole for connecting by screwing with the screw bolt to raise the fixing seat; the screw bolt has on the top thereof a hexagonal adjusting hole for engaging therein a hexagonal wrench to adjust the height of the fixing seat relative to the supporting seat. The fixing seat is provided with a plurality of recessed portions for placing a raised access floor on and fixedly connecting with them. The socket set screw is connected by screwing into the through hole of the fixing seat; thereby the heights after screw connecting of the fixing seat and the supporting seat can be fixed.

Abstract: A landscape connector is adapted for coupling respective proximal ends of adjacent landscape timbers. The landscape connector includes spaced-apart opposing top and bottom walls and opposing side walls. The top and bottom walls define respective flat outside surfaces of the landscape connector. The side walls are formed with the top and bottom walls, and define respective outwardly bowed inside surfaces of the landscape connector. The top, bottom, and side walls cooperate to form a stable housing having first and second open ends adapted for receiving respective proximal ends of the adjacent landscape timbers.

Abstract: A support member for a sunroom or patio enclosure comprises a pair of interfitting elongated U-shaped channel members that are latched resiliently together to form a hollow rectangular tube. Side panels of a first channel member fit inside side panels of a second channel member and extend to a position immediately adjacent the back panel of the second channel member, so the side panels overlap and reinforce each other for a substantial portion of the width of the side panels. The channel members are latched together by a latch mechanism comprising slots in the front edges of the inner side panels of the first channel member that engage ridges positioned in the outer side panels immediately adjacent the back panel of the second channel member. The latch automatically engages when the two channel members are slid together and resists disengagement.

Abstract: An apparatus for installing a corner bead to a doorway is provided. The apparatus may comprise a flange and an attachment base which are integrally connected to each other. The attachment base is securable to a doorframe such that upon securement, the flange and the doorframe form a receiving channel for receiving the corner bead therein. Such configuration maintains the structural integrity of the doorframe, maintains the length of the exposed edge of the doorframe and reduces cost to install the corner bead to the doorway.
