Bubble tubes may be mounted in the end supports and/or the intermediate support of the main level. At least first and second auxiliary levels are releasably mounted to the base wall of the main level and can be used independently of the main level. Alternatively, the main level can be used with the auxiliary levels in place and in certain embodiment can be used while the auxiliary levels are separated from the main level.

Abstract: A pocket level having a detachable line level whose bubble vial doubles as the pocket level's horizontal bubble vial, and an angle finder for enabling the determination of the angle of an inclined surface which includes a bubble vial housed in a wheel rim directly rotated by a user applying a rotation force to a portion of its exterior non-slip circumferential wheel rim surface preferably accessible via a throughgoing cutout formed in the pocket level's upper surface.

The accessory module is at the depressed surface, and the upper cover module is latched to the horizontal module by a latch. The accessory module is rotated and the indicating arrows on both ends of the straight edge correspond to a calibrated line at the periphery of the upper cover module. The straight edge of the body of the horizontal module is used as a starting edge, and the straight edge of the accessory module is used as an ending edge for measuring or drawing an included angle.

Abstract: Easy Stairs is an L-shaped device having a diagonal sliding rod attached to the two sides. Connectors with locking devices allow the diagonal rod to firmly affix to the sides at various locations. To use Easy Stairs, a user adjusts the diagonal rod along the edge of a stringer. When it is in the correct position for the proper size stair, the lock lever is activated. A line can then be drawn on the inside edge of the device on both sides, forming the shape of the stair. The same stair size is then repeated as many times as is necessary to make a staircase of appropriate size.

Abstract: A method of measuring an object with a coordinate positioning apparatus, comprises the following steps: placing the object within the working volume of the coordinate positioning apparatus; measuring the object with a workpiece contacting probe to create measurement data of the object, the measurement data being collected at multiple probe forces; for at least one location on the surface of the object, determining a function or look up table relating the measurement error data to the probe force; for said at least one location on the surface of the object, using the function or look up table to determine the measurement data corresponding to zero probe force; and outputting the measurement data corresponding to zero probe force as the measurement of the object.

Abstract: Methods for using a novel mopping system are disclosed. A mop assembly includes a mop head that is adapted to be spun around a generally vertical rotational axis thereof when the mop head is fixed within a mop head spinning means of a bucket assembly. When the mop head is spun at a relatively high rate of rotational speed, water retained in the mop is forcefully dispelled from the mop by centrifugal force. The water leaves the mop and is retained within a spin chamber of the bucket assembly. A drain plunger is included to allow the collected water to be drained from the bucket assembly. An ozone generator may be included for introducing ozone gas into the collected fouled water in the spin chamber. A clean water tank with a pump and spraying means, mounted within the spin chamber just below the mop head when the mop head is engaged with the mop head spinning means, is preferably included to allow introduction of clean water to the moping surface of the mop head.

Abstract: A lint filter assembly for removing lint and particulate matter from a clothes dryer exhaust system includes a conduit adapter and a filtering element. In a preferred embodiment the lint filter is a secondary filter removably connected inline between conduits substantially at the point of communication of the exhaust gases through a wall or floor to the outside, the filter portion not exceeding the conduit size in diameter.

Said device comprises two vertical supports (2) which are connected together in a communicating manner by means of a transversal carrier (3). Several tubular elements (12, 13, 18, 20) are strapped to the two vertical supports (2) which also communicate therewith. The above-mentioned tubular elements comprise air outlets (30). Air is blown through said air outlets (30), said air being introduced into the communicating tubes by means of a ventilator (31). A flange element (32), which is embodied in the form of a T in the transversal carrier (3) is used in order to mount the ventilator (31). The individual tubular elements are formed in such a manner that they can be adapted, in a particularly precise manner, to the various elements of sports equipment.

Abstract: A washing and drying machine includes a water tank, a rotary drum, an irradiating light source and control means. The rotary drum is rotatably supported in the water tank. The irradiating light source is for emitting a light beam including ultra-violet ray to the inside of the rotary drum. The control means controls the irradiating light source such that the light beam including the ultra-violet ray is emitted to the inside of the rotary drum after the end of the drying process.

Abstract: Raw meal sludge is dried in a vapor flow dryer by circulating exhaust vapor through a steam circuit which, prior to introduction thereof into the lower part of the dryer, is heated by indirect heat transmission from gaseous flows from a pre-heating system from a gas cyclone of a clinker production line. A partial vapor flow corresponding to water evaporated during raw meal sludge drying is removed from the steam circuit and extracted in the form of a condensate after increasing the vapor temperature by a vapor condenser and the passage of vapor arranged in the dryer over a heating surface of the vapor condenser. The sludge is sprayed into the lower part of the dryer where water is evaporated by the heat of the circulating exhaust vapor and heat from the condenser heating surface. Dried raw meal is separated from the exhaust vapor in a cyclone separator.

Abstract: The present invention provides a drying apparatus capable of satisfactorily drying a workpiece by using a dry vapor The drying apparatus has a control device for controlling a supply of a carrier gas and a supply of a dry vapor into a processing tank holding workpieces. A drying process carries out a carrier gas supply step of supplying the carrier gas and a mixed fluid supply step of supplying a mixed fluid prepared by mixing the carrier gas and the dry vapor alternately. A total mixed fluid supply time for which the mixed fluid supply step is executed is not shorter than 57% of a total processing time for which the carrier gas supply step and the mixed fluid supply step are executed.

The sole may be a bi-component member having two layers and plural spikes with portions interposed therebetween. Each spike includes a free end which is arranged to be exposed at the ground-engaging bottom surface.

Abstract: A multi-purpose athletic shoe with built-in, integral ankle support. The shoe can be used for a variety of athletic purposes, ranging from basketball to soccer to walking and running, by a system of removable, interchangeable traction devices on the sides and bottom of the shoe. The present invention would also eliminate the need to wear a separate brace or bandage around the ankle, since the shoe itself serves as a brace for the wearer. The brace is inseparable from the shoe, which is exactly what provides the kind of ankle support a user would need for various kinds of athletic activity.

Each of the wedge-shaped components has a slope with a higher end having a position-fixing concave. The locking bolt has position-fixing blocks. When the lower ends of the two wedge-shaped components is moved to the underneath of the locking bolt, the locking bolt is pushed downward by the two elastic components and thus departed from the fixing slot of the gun.

Abstract: A structure for fixing a scope includes a fixing base, a rotatable disk, a locking bolt, and two elastic components. The fixing base is departably attached to the gun. The rotatable disk is rotatably disposed at a bottom of the fixing base and has a screw bolt disposed on its center. The locking bolt is disposed within the containing room and capable of being moved upward or downward. The locking bolt has a screw hole formed on its center and the screw bolt is screwed into the screw hole. When the rotatable disk is rotated in a first direction, the screw bolt is used to push the locking bolt upward into the fixing slot of the gun. When the rotatable disk is rotated in a second direction, the locking bolt is pushed downward by the two elastic components and thus disconnected from the fixing slot of the gun.
