The collector assemblies generally include a rotating drum with flexible fingers having widened ends extending outward there from. A separator assembly includes sprocket type devices to remove the collected articles from the collector assemblies. In one embodiment, the collector assemblies pivot independently from one another and the separator assemblies are mounted on a linkage to maintain spacing and move upward and downward with the collector assemblies. The collector assembly includes a series of conveyors for transporting the collected fruit. The collector assemblies may be utilized with a sweeper device having generally horizontally extending arms that engage fruit on the ground and move it toward the collector assemblies with the arms raising up to release the fruit in the desired location in the path of the collector assemblies.Type: ApplicationFiled: November 6, 2006Publication date: June 21, 2007Applicant: Oxbo International Corp.Inventors: Richard Briesemeister, George Michaels, Bryn Briesemeister, Christopher Schloesser

Publication number: 20070137165Abstract: The aim of the invention is to create a method that allows a previously produced fancy yarn to be reproduced. Said aim is achieved by a method in which a model fancy yarn is first guided through a sensor device for measuring purposes, the diameter of the model fancy yarn is continuously measured using the sensor device, the measured diameter values are evaluated, and the formation of the effect of the model fancy yarn is determined therefrom. Spinning settings are generated from the data representing the formation of the effect, and said spinning settings, which are based on the set of data, are used for producing a fancy yarn.Type: ApplicationFiled: October 13, 2004Publication date: June 21, 2007Applicant: Saurer GmbH & Co. Publication number: 20070137166Abstract: This invention is directed to flow management improvement to the known yarn texturing process, and is directed to devices and methods to accumulate one or more yarns between texturing device(s) and coiling device(s) prior to treatment in a heat-setting chamber. The devices and methods of the present invention may further provide for the removal of texturizing media from yarn prior to setting. The present invention allows for the deposition of yarn or yarns onto conveyor for a setting treatment to set an applied form to impart desirable properties to the yarn. The present invention may include any natural or synthetically produced yarn. The devices and methods of the invention may be used to improve the production capability of said heat setting and texturing equipment.Type: ApplicationFiled: December 18, 2006Publication date: June 21, 2007Inventor: Bobby Carter

Publication number: 20070137167Abstract: A rotor spinning machine of the type comprising a plurality of working stations and a bobbin supplying device extending along the machine, wherein at least two service units supplying the working stations with bobbins are supplied by the supply device and wherein the rotor spinning machine comprises a control device for controlling the service units. The control device is configured in such a way that it suppresses a subsequent bobbin request from the second service unit in the event of an existing bobbin request from the first service unit positioned downstream in relation to the transporting direction of the supply device, until the initially existing bobbin request has been fulfilled.Type: ApplicationFiled: September 17, 2004Publication date: June 21, 2007Applicant: Saurer GmbH & Co.KGInventors: Wolfgang Doerner, Ralf Siewert, Lorenz Kreitzen
