Abstract: A mask structure includes a body, two bands and a warming device. The bands attach to either side of the body. The warming device is mounted on the body. The warming device includes at least an illuminator and a sounding device that are driven to emit light and sound. The illuminator and sounding device help rescuers to easily and timely find users who faints because intakes of excess of smokes in a fireplace, increasing the possibility to survive.

Abstract: A wrist support includes a first section for receiving a forearm, a second section for receiving a hand, and a bridging section spanning a wrist and connecting the first and second sections together. The bridging section is integrally formed with some portion of the first section or second section. The disposition of the second section relative to the first section is variable, for example, according to the tension in a tensioning line, wherein the tension may be adjusted by a rotary device.

Abstract: This device will save countless dally roping injuries, particularly thumb injuries. It will be comprised of a semi-rigid cylindrical device, which fits over an individual's thumb. A roping glove, which is commonly used with roping events, fits over the device and the hand to protect the person's fingers. Alternatively another embodiment can be used without a glove.

Abstract: A shaping undergarment includes a front panel and a rear panel connected thereto, forming an undergarment having first and second hip regions. A frictional band attached to the undergarment extends along at least a portion of the rear panel between the first and second hip regions. The frictional band may extend substantially continuously between the first and second hip regions, and, in certain embodiments of the invention, may be a single continuous band. When worn, the frictional band frictionally engages the wearer's skin to uplift and extend the wearer's buttocks. The frictional band may be totally or partially obscured from view. The material properties of the frictional band, such as its coefficient of friction with skin and elastic modulus, and its path along the undergarment, may be designed to achieve a particularly aesthetically pleasing result for the wearer of the shaping undergarment.

Abstract: A clothing accessory engaging apparatus and method for removably engaging a clothing accessory to an article of clothing includes a flexible member having first and second end portions with a fold line therebetween. A plurality of removable fasteners is included for attaching the first end portion to the article of clothing, with at least one of the removable fasteners adjacent to the fold line. Also included is a removable attachment for the second end portion to the first end portion, wherein the flexible member folds back on itself near the fold line forming a closed end loop when the removable attachment is in a closed state, the flexible member not forming a closed end loop when the removable attachment is in an open state, the closed end loop has an interior that is unobstructed by the removable fastener for the first end portion to the article of clothing.

Abstract: A reusable handwear item, including: an outer layer of a woven material; at least one gripping element fixed to an outside surface of the outer layer; and a liner made of a flexible impermeable material and secured to the outer layer only along at least a portion of a periphery for the outer layer. An inside surface of the liner is arranged to contact a hand of a person wearing the handwear item and the at least one gripping element enables the hand to grip an object which would not otherwise be possible without the gripping element. In some aspects, the liner is attached to the outer layer only at a cuff for the outer layer. In some aspects, the liner is at least partially removable from inside the outer layer to expose at least a portion of the inside surface of the liner.

Abstract: An elastomeric flexible article and method for manufacture has moisture absorbing characteristics. An example of such an article is a disposable protective glove that includes a first layer; and a second layer with an effective amount of super absorbent polymer dispersed therein, the second layer to be closer to a hand than the first layer, when the glove is worn on the hand. The second layer is configured to absorb excess moisture, when the glove is worn for a period of time, to facilitate wet donning and provide for breathability of the skin, and thereby to provide for a comfortable environment for the skin.

Abstract: A glove is provided to flex as the user clinches his fist. The glove is provided with expandable zones on both sides of the top portion of the glove. Two expandable zones are positioned over the metacarpalphalangeal joints of the one small finger and the index finger. A third expandable zone is positioned to overly the center axis of rotation of the metacarpalphalangeal joints of the long finger and the ring finger. Cooperating relationship between the three expandable zones allow for expansion of the glove, both longitudinally and laterally, over the metacarpalphalangeal joints of the hand.

Abstract: The elastic cap includes a cap body, a cap bill joined to the cap body, a sweatband secured to a lower periphery of the cap body, and a strip of core wrapped by the sweatband. The sweatband is constructed with a stretchable material. The strip of core is constructed with a non-stretchable material having a liquid absorbent or liquid draining property. The strip of core extends over a forward portion of the sweatband adjacent to the cap bill, but does not extend in a rear portion of the sweatband which is remote from the cap bill.

Abstract: Headgear comprising a crown portion, a visor portion, and a netting or hoop secured to the visor portion. The crown portion is preferably separably secured to the visor portion. Various means of separably securing the crown portion to the visor portion, are used including any of VELCRO®, or other hook and loop fastening material, buttons, snaps, elastic, or the like. Various means of securing the netting or hoop to the visor portion are also used including any of VELCRO® or other hook and loop fastening material, buttons, snaps, thread, or the like. The headgear may also omit the crown portion to provide only the visor portion with the netting or hoop secured thereto. In any case, a bill of the visor portion may be fitted between a door or drawer frame and an edge of the door or drawer and the frame, in order to render the netting or hoop available for tossing articles into the netting or hoop.

Abstract: A cover for a conventional baseball cap which has a dome-shaped crown with a visor protruding from the front peripheral edge of crown. The cover is a dome-shaped fabric dimensioned to overly the baseball cap crown and it is provided with peripheral skirts extending from the side edge of the cover for folding upwardly into the crown of the cap and around the internal peripheral headband in the crown for securing the cover to the baseball cap. The cover is also preferably provided with a split rear portion for permitting the cover to adjust in size to the adjustable crown of the baseball cap. A rear split skirt may also be provided which depends from the split rear portion of the cover for folding upwardly into the crown and securing it to itself within and through the rear open segment of the baseball cap crown. The cover would typically be of a blaze orange color for use by hunters.

Abstract: Described is a double-layer fabric garment. The garment is formed of a tubular fabric element that comprises a first portion and a second portion. The first portion includes an initial edge portion. The second portion has specific areas of fabric with increased compression strength and an end portion. The initial edge of the first portion is connected with the end portion of the second portion, thereby creating a space between the first portion and the second portion and forming a seamless double-layer fabric garment. Thus, the first portion operates as an outer fabric layer and the second portion operates as an inner fabric layer, whereby the specific areas of fabric with increased compression strength of the second portion provide an increased shaping effect to a user while wearing the double-layer fabric garment. Therefore, the inner fabric layer provides a shaping effect while concealed by the overlaid outer layer.

Abstract: Sheer hosiery (200) is provided that maintains the appearance of conventional sheer hosiery while eliminating the foot discomfort that is typically encountered when wearing conventional sheer hosiery. Embodiments of the sheer hosiery (200) include a sheer leg portion (260) and a foot portion (210) that is affixed to the sheer leg portion (260) and at least partially made of a comfort fabric. The foot portion (210) contacts one or more portions of a wearer's foot, such as, for example, a ball portion and a toe portion, and is hidden from view when the wearer's foot is inserted in footwear. The foot portion (210) may be somewhat thicker than the sheer leg portion (260) but is not so thick as to interfere with the fit of the footwear.

Abstract: A device to aid in shifting a pair of goggles is disclosed. The device comprises two belt-connecting units attached to two lateral edges of a goggles frame, respectively. Each of the belt-connecting units is composed of abutted rigid member and flexible member, which are made of different materials. The rigid members are attached to the lateral edges of the goggles frame, respectively. Each of the flexible members has an elastic linkage part extending therefrom for connection with an elastic belt. As a result, the elastic linkage parts are flexibly deformable so as to provide convenience and comfort in shifting the goggles worn on the user's head.

However, to further reduce cost and save the environment, the outer shell (28) can be saved and used again by inserting a new layer (18) into it as refill.

Stamping the pedal can raise the other end to move the link and push the toilet seat to rotate upward according to the connection structure. When the pedal is loosened, the toilet seat automatically restores to be horizontally placed on a toilet bowl to make the link and the pedal restore. Thus, the cleanliness and sanitation of the toilet seat can be kept, and the position of the toilet seat can be conveniently changed by the stamping foot.

Abstract: The invention is directed to a disposable toilet hugger for the easy collection and disposal of urine and moisture spills and drips that occur around the base of a toilet. The apparatus consists of a plurality of non-porous base materials with an absorbent material mounted to the top of each base material. A user places a stack of these materials around the base of a toilet. When the absorbent material gets contaminated with urine or other spills, a user grabs a pull tab and removes and disposes of the top absorbent material and non-porous base layer, thereby exposing anew, unsoiled absorbent material for the next spill.

Abstract: A covered toilet includes a cross braced drawer frame positioned around a wall mounted toilet connected to a wall tank and a discharge line in the wall. A sliding cover mounted on hidden tracks covers the toilet in a closed position. A pair of drawers are provided in the frame and may each be used when the cover is in the closed position. In operation, the cover may be slid to one side so that the toilet may be used. Automatic operation may be provided by sensing the presence of a user to open the cover and maintain the cover open while the user is present. The user's departure may be detected so that the cover may be automatically closed and the toilet flushing operation may be automatically actuated.

Abstract: A flush system for a flush toilet in which an auxiliary tank is positioned in the main tank and which is operated according to a fluid pressure system. The auxiliary tank has a bottom wall which is spaced above the bottom of the main tank and has a fluid port on the bottom wall and a one-way valve in the top wall thereof. With the one-way valve closed, air can flow out of the auxiliary tank but cannot flow into the auxiliary tank. An air conduit is connected at one end thereof to a selector valve on the flush handle on the toilet and is fluidically connected to the auxiliary tank at the other end thereof. When the selector valve is opened, operation of the flush handle will permit air to flow into the auxiliary tank whereby water can flow out of the auxiliary tank during a flush cycle. However, if the selector valve is closed, the auxiliary tank is closed and air cannot flow into the auxiliary tank so water will not flow out of that tank during the flush cycle.

Abstract: A bathing seat assembly for mounting on a bathtub includes a seat mounted on a turntable set on rails supported by a frame with adjustable legs engaging the floor next to the bathtub and the bottom of the bathtub. The bathing seat assembly also includes an arm and back rest mounted on the seat with front mounted stirrups for leg support and spray apertures in the arm and back rest to aid in bathing. The seat is lockable in position on the turntable and the turntable is lockable in position on the rails. The turntable with mounted seat can travel on the rails from a position outside the bathtub to directly over the bathtub and vice versa. The mounted seat can rotate on the turntable allowing the person to be bathed to sit with their back to the bathtub and then rotated to be in line with the bathtub. A bathing system using the bathing seat assembly is also disclosed.

The locking action is by friction but radial arrays of teeth (66, 68), which are locked by hand screws (62), give the preferred locking action. The support defines a depression adjacent the rear support portion to receive an infant's head and a neck cavity between the side support portions. The maximum width of the depression is larger than the maximum width of the neck cavity. The thickness of the wrap-around portion and the thicknesses of the side portions are larger than the thickness of the rear support portion.

Abstract: This invention relates to a folding mechanism for a playard, which comprises first and second joints substantially cylindrical in shape. The joints have arcuate plates and stops that cooperative with each other to effect the rotation between the joints, so that the changing table can be moved between an operation position and a storage position. This invention may avoid accidental collapse of the changing table, and enable the users to conveniently fold/unfold the changing table single handed.

Abstract: Disclosed herein is a composition for the oxidation dyeing of keratinous fibers, for example, human keratinous fibers, such as the hair, comprising, in a medium appropriate for dyeing, at least one oxidation dye and at least one polymer comprising the repetition of: (i) at least one unit derived from a monomer of acrylamide type, (ii) at least one unit derived from a monomer of dialkyldiallylammonium halide type, and (iii) at least 50 mol % of at least one unit derived from a monomer of vinylcarboxylic acid type. The composition disclosed is easily and rapidly removed during the rinsing stage while retaining good rheological and dyeing properties.
