Abstract: Disclosed is a shading device for a welding helmet in which a circuit portion (the second frame) having a high error rate and the remaining portion can be separated from each other and only the circuit portion separated from the device can be repaired or changed, thereby the maintenance and repair are harmoniously. The shading device for a welding helmet comprising a first frame comprises a first body having a LCD module with contacting portions formed at both sides of a LCD window and a first joint portion formed at one end portion of the first body, a second frame comprising a second body 32 having a power supplying portion and a second joint portion attachable and deattachable to the first joint portion of the first frame at one end portion thereof, a pair of electrodes having one side thereof electrically contacted with the contacting portions respectively, and an electrically conductive means for electrically connecting the power supplying portion with the corresponded electrodes.

Abstract: A glove with an integrally formed arm trough has a hand portion, arm portion and a cuff portion. The arm portion is provided with a first ridge, a second ridge with a larger diameter compared to the arm portion, and a third ridge. During use, the third ridge is pushed towards the first ridge by the user to extend the second ridge away from the arm and towards the hand portion forming a liquid capturing trough while the cuff portion protects from the arm from liquid exposure. The length between the third ridge and the second ridge is larger than the length between the first and second ridge so that the trough created has a positive cone angle and a depth to sufficient to provide liquid volume capacity. The ridges are shaped as sharp edges or C-sections to provide easy forming of the liquid capturing arm trough.

Abstract: A heat protective glove or mitt for children to enable them to safely handle hot items taken from ovens, microwaves, toaster ovens and the like, enhancing the protection of children in the kitchen and reducing burns. The gloves are heat resistant and designed longer than normal, below the wrist, and are fitted to the contour of the hands and arms of children. The gloves are made of a material that is heat resistant up to about 350 to 450 degrees Fahrenheit, which increases and encourages safe handling of hot items, relatively thin, and does not restrict the natural movement of the child's hand, allowing for easier maneuvering and independent movement of the pinky finger.

Abstract: Protective garments that can keep the front of the wearer's clothes clean and dry are provided. The bibs include a substantially overlapping slit formed in the center of a lower section of a front panel. The bibs with the slit are easy to put on and provide substantial coverage of -frontal position of a wearer. The bibs can be used during eating, drinking, sitting, playing, crawling, etc. In some examples, the open back can enable the bib to be easily slipped on an already seated person without the need to stand. One or more bibs provide the ability to fasten the apron around each leg separately resulting in mobility and coverage, as well as the ability to use in seating where there is a vertical obstruction between the legs.

The glove defines a palm portion, a dorsal portion, a thumb portion and four finger portions. A visco-elastic foam layer is coupled with the glove and extends over a substantial majority of the palm portion of the glove and at least a portion of the thumb portion and each of the finger portions. The visco-elastic foam layer cushions impacts and assists the wearer in maintaining a grip on an object such as a golf club or a baseball bat. The glove is well suited for use as a golf glove and is particularly beneficial for individuals having arthritic hands.

Each leg portion includes a circumferential line of detachment located generally above a wearer's knee, enabling the lower sections to be removed and the upper section retained to be worn as a pair of shorts. The clamp includes a main body having an opening, a finger and a receiver that is positioned between the opening and the finger. In a secured position, the main body is coupled to the helmet by both a fastener extending through the opening and the finger inserted into an aperture of the helmet. An extent of the chin strap is securedly positioned between the helmet and the receiver. In the secured position, an inner surface of the chin strap member is in contact with an outer surface of the helmet and an outer surface of the chin strap is in contact with the receiver. The receiver includes a plurality of gripping members that engage an outer surface of the chin strap in the secured position.
