Abstract: The description relates to a clip fastening for fastening fitting parts such as locks, hinges, grips and/or for fastening thin-walled structural component parts provided with an opening to a thin wall, such as a sheet-metal cabinet door, provided with an opening or openings, comprising a head part with a flange which overlaps the outer rim or edge of the opening after assembly, and a body part which proceeds from the head part and extends through the opening after assembly, a substantially U-shaped spring being held at the end of the body part and supported by its leg ends on the inner edge of the opening. According to the invention, the spring is a flat structural component part with U-legs that are cut off or shaped at the free end substantially at right angles to the running direction of the U-leg in such a way that they are supported on the rim or edge of the opening after assembly at a slight inclination to the plane of the thin wall.

Abstract: The present invention provides a number of techniques for laminating and interconnecting multiple substrates to form a multilayer package or other circuit component. A solder bump may be formed on the conductive pad of at least one of two or more substrates. The solder bump preferably is formed from an application of solder paste to the conductive pad(s). The two or more substrates then may be pressed together to mechanically bond the two or more substrates via the adhesive films. The solder bump(s) may be reflowed during or after the lamination to create a solder segment that provides an electrical connection between the conductive pads through the aperture in the adhesive films.

Abstract: A cardboard cutter comprises a main body and at least one cutting assembly. The cutting assembly is slidably mounted on the main body and is fixed on the main body by a positioning assembly. By such arrangements, during cutting process, the cuffing assembly can be stably fixed on the main body by the positioning assembly and will not be moved by the upward resistance of the cardboard, so the cutting depth is fixed, and the cuffing operation can be finished at one time. Further, the cuffing lines are trim and the products are beautiful.

Abstract: Double handle knives and attachments to convert a knife to a double handle knife are described with secondary handles able to form an angle (a) between about 20 to 70 degrees between the long axis of the secondary handle and the long axis of the blade in a plane at about right angles to the blade. Embodiments describe fixed, rotatable, and indexable means for the angle of attachment of the secondary handle to the blade. Embodiments further describe reversible and permanent means of attachment. The placement of the secondary handle at the angle described allows for the optimal positioning of the hands for both controlling and assisting with the cutting of foods and other items.

Abstract: A guide bar arrangement has a guide bar having a guide groove that extends about an outer circumference of the guide bar. A saw chain is driven in circulation in the guide groove about the guide bar. The guide groove is delimited by a groove base, a first sidewall and a second sidewall positioned opposite the first sidewall. The guide bar has an opening for supply of oil into the guide groove, wherein the opening extends from an exterior side of the guide bar, wherein the exterior side extends in a longitudinal direction of the guide bar, into the guide groove and opens in the first sidewall into the guide groove. An insert is secured in the opening and reduces a free flow cross-sectional area of the opening.

Abstract: An adjustable rotary structure comprises a first restricting assembly, a second restricting assembly, a rotary member and a positioning seat. The rotary member is formed with a restricting hole and a shift hole. The positioning seat is formed with a positioning groove, a restricting circular groove and a restricting elliptic groove. The first restricting assembly is positioned on the positioning groove by the restricting hole in such a manner that the restricting hole of the rotary member abuts against the positioning groove and is restricted on the positioning seat. The second restricting assembly is selectively positioned in the restricting circular groove or the restricting elliptic groove via the shift hole, so that the rotary member is forced to rotate along a circular path or an elliptic path.

Abstract: Range finder for determining the distance between the user and an object of known height or width, such as a golf flagstick, structure, etc. The range finder is a flat card, having a series of graduated apertures, each aperture being dimensioned to correspond to a particular distance to the flagstick. Range information is provided for each aperture. The user holds the card 24 inches from the eye and sights the flagstick through the apertures. The range information for the aperture whose diameter most closely corresponds to the height of the sighted flagstick is the actual distance between the user and the flagstick. The apertures are graduated in size, to represent range information in specific increments. The size of the increments is selected to facilitate optimal performance and may vary within a series of apertures.

The clip brackets are movably connected together by at least one resilient device supplying a clipping force and clip around the connectors to hold connectors firmly together. When a force greater than the clipping force, applied to the plumb, the clip brackets separate and the plumb falls into the particulates in the container.
