When the garment is exposed to a wet environment, the water liquids can permeate through the container to mix with the electrolyte solution such that an electric current can be created to drive the electronic device to generate alerting or attracting signals automatically. The garment can take the forms of life vest, T-shirt, jean, coat, etc.

Abstract: A clothing clasp for securing an article of clothing. The clasp includes an elongated rigid pin member that is attached to a biasing member at a coupling point. The biasing member may be wavy in nature with various curves such that one or more sections of the biasing member are biased to contact the pin member. With such a clasp, one may slide the clasp over two sections of an article of clothing, e.g., two sections of a blouse that cross in front, in order to secure the first section to the second section without interfering with (i.e., poking though) either section.

Therefore, slipperiness is suppressed between a hand and the sports glove as well as between the sports glove and a member such as a bat, and the grain side is applied to a surface in contact with the hand, so that the good fit can be provided.

A layer of engineered paperbacked wood veneer is used to cover the visor and/or strap. This single layer of thin wood veneer with the attached adhesive paper is able to flex and bend using a process that involves a breaking down of the natural fibers of the wood through a mechanical tenderizing process. This process produces a flexible, bendable paperbacked veneer. The wood veneer may be obtained from tropical or domestic tree species. The wood veneer layer is then attached to the visor and/or strap with a flexible water-based adhesive that will not crack on bending. The veneer layer may be treated with a waterproofing agent or scented essential oils and may have an ornamental design.

The pencil cap with the reclosable fastener strip and reclosable fastener sleeve is used for convenient external storage and location of the carpenter pencil for use by carpenters, painters, plumbers, construction workers, draftsmen and the like.

The threaded post of the thumbscrew is configured to extend through a hole of the visor and into the receptacle. When the thumbwheel is rotated, the thumbwheel clamps the visor between the thumbwheel and the mounting bracket.

Abstract: An athletic padding arrangement includes a garment made of a fabric and a plurality of resilient bulge shaped gripping members disposed on the fabric. The gripping members provide at least one high friction area on the garment, each of the gripping members is uniform in composition. At least one protective pad is releasably positioned on the garment with and underside of the protective pad in contact with the at least one high friction area. The gripping members exert a frictional force on the underside of the protective pad that is greater than the frictional force exerted by the fabric on the protective pad. The garment may be, for example, a shirt or a pant comprised of a compression fabric with moisture wicking properties.

Abstract: A wearable spinal protective apparatus is presented which will protect all parts of the human spinal column from cervical to lumbosacral vertebrae during high velocity activities. The apparatus is worn by user to cover the entire backside from neck and shoulders down, to be secured around the hips. This apparatus has many sections each uniquely designed to work together to reduce all forms of spinal injury. Protection provided by this apparatus is most valuable during high velocity activities. Because of its unique sectional design this apparatus can be tailored to match any size individual and any level of protection desired. The design of this apparatus goes well beyond the prior art of simple hard shell and padding.

The propellant resource attached to the receiving platform includes pneumatic cylinders forming the upper section of the respective vertical tubular center posts extending from the swimming pool floor and rise adjacent the swimming pool wall. The piston of each cylinder is linked to a respective longitudinal piston rod projected downwards along the cylindrical body of each center post, until its free lower end attaches to the structure that supports the receiving platform, projecting transversely outside the columns, through two vertical guide slots extending from an intermediate point of the columns down to the lower extreme immersed in the water.

A hook is provided in the housing of the main body, and capable of being manually operated to change a position thereof to one of a retracted position and a pull-out position. The hook in the retracted position is completely embedded in a profile of the housing, and the hook in the pull-out position projects sideward from the housing with a hooked end portion thereof oriented upward. A power tool with its projected portion disposed between the housing and the hook end portion of the hook in the pull-out position can be stably supported on an upper surface of the housing and an upper end of the hook end portion of the hook in the pull-out position.
