Abstract: An eye mask for a person includes a forward portion adapted to cover the person's eyes and having a malleable nose bridge, and two side straps each fixed with the forward portion and terminating at strap ends each having at least one part of a first two-part mechanical fastener. At least one of the side straps may include a first part of a second two-part mechanical fastener for attachment to a seat retention strap adapted to encircle a portion of a seat. Other adjustable attachment means that include a plurality of different straps for encircling the seat or headrest of a seat are included for retaining the person's head against the seat. Each side strap may include a pocket formed therein for holding an ear plug.

Abstract: The invention is a pot holder designed to insulate the user from the heated or cold surface of a platter, plate, pan, bowl or other food container or of any vessel while remaining attached to the platter, etc. by means of magnets. The potholder is comprised of any material of sufficient insulating property to prevent the transmission of heat or cold to the user. The potholder can be of any size and dimensions but must be of sufficient size when folded in half to allow the user to grip the platter, etc. Incorporated within the potholder will be four (4) magnets one at each corner (or opposite areas for non-rectangular shaped potholders) of sufficient strength to independently but temporarily affix the potholder to the platter, etc. The magnets will further be magnetized in such a manner and incorporated into the potholder in such fashion that each magnet will attract the opposing magnet when the potholder is folded in half.

Abstract: A collar protection system, product and method for keeping a collar clean comprises a collar liner covering a portion of an inner neck-contacting surface of a shirt collar; and an outer collar component for location on an outer surface of the shirt collar. There are liner magnets for the shirt collar liner or for the outer collar component; and magnetically responsive material elements for the outer collar component or for the liner. The magnetic and magnetically responsive material are disposed to magnetically adhere the shirt collar liner and the outer collar component whereby the shirt collar is located between the liner and the outer component so as to be protected from being soiled by the neck.

Abstract: An improved anti-slip sports glove is disclosed. The improvement lies in the direct application of a releasable contact adhesive to the interior palm region of the sports glove that contacts the wearer's hand.

Abstract: A non-slip finished glove includes: a glove main body made of fibers for covering a wearer's hand; a plurality of protrusions made of resin or rubber, the protrusions being fixed at least to a palm region of an outer face of the glove main body; and an air permeable coating layer that is laminated at least on a region other than the protrusions in the palm region of the outer face of the glove main body, in which the protrusions protrude from an outer face of the coating layer. The plurality of protrusions allows grip of an object and, since the coating layer is provided in regions other than the protrusions not to expose fibers of the glove main body, a sufficient gripping force can be exerted to firmly grip the object.

The heel portion may be reinforced. The sock provides a cost-effective way for people to dress up their existing shoe collection. The sock may resemble a standard sock that has two straps, such as but not limited to ribbons, that can wrap around a foot and tie at the front below the ankle bone. Embodiments of the socks may come in a variety of materials, colors, patterns and sizes. Also, in some embodiments, the sock includes a reinforced heel section that can prevent blisters and friction between the foot and the shoe.

Abstract: A lower body garment support assembly for restricting the movement of a waist band for a pair of boxing shorts during rigorous physical activity or when an elastic band or fastener in the waist band fails. Straps are sewn into the inner hem of the boxing short waist band. The straps include upper straps that join with lower straps after wrapping around the waist band of an adjacent and underlying jock strap. The boxing short waist band extends and wraps the straps tightly to the jock strap waist band. Since the jock strap functions to fit snugly to the body, the boxing shorts waist band uses the jock strap waist band as an anchor to the waist. In this manner, the boxing shorts waist band can remain in place around the waist with minimal movement above or below the waist during a boxing match.

Abstract: A wax free toilet installation kit allows plumbers to approach new construction and old closet flanges with one economical and efficient set of parts that will work with both three and four inch soil pipes. A new threaded adapter sleeve 100 fits into both three and four inch traditional closet flanges to retrofit old wax system installations. The threaded adapter sleeve has a threaded body 110 to accommodate a variety of height adjustment nuts, which include a compact adjustment nut 125 and a lip and valley expanded adjustment nut 128. A new male female pipe coupler 200 may be used in new construction and comports with both three and four inch soil pipes. The threaded adapter sleeve 100 fits into the male female pipe coupler 200. The threaded adapter sleeve is quickly adjusted to accommodate varying floor heights.

Abstract: A toilet has an electronic flush assembly operable in either a short or long flush sequence selectable by a user. The long flush sequence includes a pre-rinse cycle and a rinse cycle in which the a supply valve and a flush valve are both opened and closed twice, once each first during the pre-rinse cycle and again during a subsequent rinse cycle. The rim supply valve and the flush valve are opened during the pre-rinse and rinse cycles but are closed at the start and end of each cycle. An electronic control controls operation of the valves as well as water supply control components. Level sensors can also be included to provide feedback to the controller, for example, to prevent overflow conditions.

In one embodiment, the method comprises the steps of: procuring a pre-manufactured molded trench; integrally connecting a standard drain to the trench to form a one-piece trench and standard drain assembly; and installing a mortar-bed or other handmade shower pan in conjunction with the prefabricated trench and standard drain. The pillow includes a hinge-like attachment structure which is positioned along a longitudinal edge of the pillow to secure the pillow to the individual's bed clothing. Abstract: The invention discloses synergistic combinations of surfactants blends and cleaning composition. In certain embodiments a surfactant system is disclosed which includes extended anionic surfactants, linker surfactants, and a multiply charged cation component. This system forms emulsions with, and can remove greasy and oily stains, even those comprised of non-trans fats. In another embodiment anionic surfactants are combined with a solvent, and amine oxide to remove sunscreen stains. The compositions may be used alone, as a pre-spotter or other pre-treatment or as a part of a soft surface or hard surface cleaning composition.
