Abstract: An apparatus to be used as a woman's undergarment is provided. The apparatus is a bra having a strap that fastens to the cups of the bra that protect and hold the breast of the user. The apparatus has a cup having at least a first layer which contacts the individual's skin. The apparatus further has a second layer which is directly opposed to the first layer and may contact the outer clothing of the individual. Moreover, the device has a third layer which is positioned between the first layer and the second layer and further wherein the third layer may provide an extra zone of thickness for the breast nipple and thereby may enable concealment of an erect breast nipple. The third layer may be of varying thickness and in an embodiment may be thicker than the first and second layer and may be removable from the undergarment if desired.

This device can detect the rider's speed at any given time and automatically control the windshield's position (open/close) based on the rider's preferences. In addition, the rider can override the automatic GPS mode by pressing a wireless button mounted on the motorcycle handlebar or an existing button on the helmet apparatus. The apparatus is a self contained unit that can be used in various applications. In the case of the motorcycle, the helmet has a feature enabling independent as well wireless handlebar controlled operation. However, as the helmet apparatus can function independently of the motorcycle, it can therefore be used for other types of vehicles requiring the use of an automatically controlled helmet windshield.

The translucent midsole and translucent outsole are integrally molded with a translucent upper to create a fully translucent jelly footwear. Due to the translucent nature of the midsole light from the illumination system reflects internally throughout the midsole, increasing illumination. The light will also illuminate the adjacent translucent outsole and translucent upper. By blacking out or covering sections of the translucent outsole, shapes and letters of visible light can be created in the resulting negative space. This allows illuminated designs to easily be incorporated into footwear.
