The clipping portion (12) of the upper clip (10) has a convex holding portion (15) protruding outwardly from an inner center of the clipping portion to form a space (16) for retaining hairs. Abstract: Disclosed is a cosmetic container. The cosmetic container includes: a main body, in which a liquid material is stored; a rod insertion container inserted into the main body and provided with one or more liquid inflow holes, through which the liquid material stored in the main body flows in; a forcibly inserting means for drawing out a brush to the outside; a brush supporting means including a brush support piece mounted with a brush; an elastic member, and a cap. According to the present invention, it is possible to prevent a cosmetic liquid from being hardened inside a container by securing a sealing structure of the cosmetic container. Further, according to the present invention, it is possible to stably keep a cosmetic container, thereby extending a lifespan of a product. Further, according to the present invention, it is possible to enable a user to more conveniently and easily wear nail polish compared to an existing method in using a cosmetic container.

Abstract: An apparatus for treating human skin that has an applicator head having one or more applicator nozzles which may be in a array. The apparatus further has a reservoir comprising a treatment composition, a sensor, and a CPU. The sensor takes an image of at least 10 ?m2 of skin, the CPU analyzes the image to calculate one or more localized L values of individual pixels or group of pixels of the skin. Then the CPU compares the local L value to a predetermined background L value to identify skin deviations. A skin deviation occurs where the difference between the background L value and the local L value is greater than a predetermined ?LS value.

The stencil is removed and a makeup design is imprinted on the user's face. Scented perfume stick can be applied over the stencil on the body and neck that has color for design to come through when stencil is lifted as well. For Perfume stick, the color can be simply drawn on body in free form as another form of application.

In order to secure the mattress relative to the adjustable platform assembly, one or more mattress retainer bars for the head and foot of the bed along with the corners of the bed are provided. In accordance with an important aspect of the invention, the mattress retainer bars are movable or removable to allow the mattress retainer bars to be positioned flush or below the top surface of the adjustable platform assembly to enable easy and convenient rotation, maneuverability, or otherwise sliding of the mattress relative to the platform.

Abstract: A pocketed spring assembly comprises a plurality of parallel strings of individually pocketed springs of different heights. Each string is joined to an adjacent string. The device can be part of the original encasement or added as an after-market item to a conventional encasement to prevent the egress of parasites, dust mites and allergens from the gap between the zipper slide and the zipper stop and prevent movement of the zipper slide when the zipper is completely zipped up. The device includes a at least one compressible material that is used. The compressible material is compressed to seal the gap and prevent movement of the zipper slide. In one embodiment of the invention, the device allows the mattress or foundation within the encasement to breathe while blocking parasites, dust mites and allergens from escaping from within the encasement.

Abstract: A variable shelf organizer system for displaying merchandise thereon including a roller glide floor member, a standard track glide floor member, a plurality of removably adjustable divider members and a front wall member. The divider members and front wall member are engageable with both floor members and when multiple divider members are engaged with either floor member, product channels are formed therebetween for holding and securing products of varying size and shape on either floor member. The roller glide floor member is best suited for heavier packaged products such as six-pack or twelve pack products and the track glide floor member is best suited for standard products.
