Abstract: A wardrobe hanging system. The present system is adapted to store clothes in a compact, yet easily accessible manner. Various embodiments of the present invention utilize a bi-directional sliding rail system, a unidirectional sliding rail system, pivotable arms, and a rotatable attachment mechanism. Furthermore, the present system includes various embodiments of hangers adapted to store multiple different types of articles of clothing in a compact manner are also provided herewith. The hangers include hooks of various configurations and lengths, indicators adapted to indicate if the hanger has available space for hanging articles of clothing thereon, and adjustable shoulder supports. The hangers are adapted to engage with the embodiments of the rail system in a secure, yet removable manner.

Abstract: A multi-directional apparel rack for transport and storage of a plurality of garments in a confined space. The use of catenaries to support hangers allows garments to be easily spaced and compressed to allow selection without damaging neighboring garments. A large quantity of garments is visible from multiple sides so garments may be categorized. The catenaries are optionally removable so that multiple garments can be moved from a transport rack to a display rack, or between display racks quickly and easily as a group, rather than individually.

Abstract: Devices and methods for controlled dispensation are described herein where such an assembly may generally comprise an index plate having one or more protrusions extending from a surface of the plate, a first actuator configured to translate the plate in a first direction, and a second actuator configured to translate the plate in a second direction different from the first direction. The one or more protrusions may define one or more rows which are arranged upon the plate in a collinear arrangement and may further define one or more columns which are arranged upon the plate at an angle relative to a proximal or distal edge of the plate such that each protrusion is off-set relative to an adjacent protrusion along the column.

Abstract: A collapsible equipment cleaning and drying rack configured to support equipment during the cleaning and drying process is provided. In particular, the collapsible equipment cleaning and drying rack is configured to provide stability and maintain equipment arrangement while withstanding forces of water spray from a hose or power washer during the cleaning process. The collapsible equipment cleaning and drying rack generally comprises a frame support assembly operable between an open freestanding position and a collapsed position, and a pivotal equipment support assembly pivotally attached to the frame assembly along a transverse axis.

Abstract: A flexible canopy shade cover is a portable shade device that can be used in a wide range of functional applications. One version is for frame supported structures and a second version is for surface areas. In each version, a flexible flat fabric panel is designed to optimize shade area and provide maximum sun protection. The flexible flat fabric panel is made of a shade enhanced material that is flexible, light-weight, durable and UV50+ coated. The panel encloses a resilient spring steel frame that provides structural flexibility and support when the par el is in its various configurations. For frame supported structures, the flexible flat fabric panel employs grommets mounted on each side that serves as pivot attachment interface. Spring loaded clips attach the panel to various frame members. The jaws of the clips clamp the grommets, the steel spring frame and the panel ends to a frame member, thereby attaching the flexible flat fabric panel to a frame structure.

Abstract: A system and method to reduce declivities in a mattress utilizing a container having at least a top layer and a flexible bottom layer, and defining at least one chamber between the top layer and the bottom layer. The system further includes a fill material disposed within the at least one chamber and capable of being moved within the chamber by manipulation of the top layer. The fill material and the bottom layer therefore are capable of being moved by a human into declivities in the mattress to render the top layer more level.

Abstract: A conveniently foldable high chair comprises a joint assembly and a front bipod, a rear bipod, a backrest assembly and a dinner plate which are connected with the joint assembly respectively and are mutually rotatable. The joint assembly is provided with a first lock unit for locking the joint assembly to prevent the joint assembly from rotating. A collection belt assembly for driving the first lock unit to be unlocked is disposed on the front bipod and driven to unlock the first lock unit. The front bipod, the rear bipod, the backrest assembly and the dinner plate connected with the joint assembly are folded under the gravity thereof, so that the objective of folding and collection in one second can be achieved. Moreover, after the front bipod, the rear bipod, the backrest assembly and the dinner plate are folded through the joint assembly, the volume is very small.

Abstract: A diaper changing apparatus that restrains an infant, child, or special need individual in a way that aids the caregiver's ability to manipulate his or her position and orientation to provide access to the diaper area during diaper changing activities. The apparatus allows the caregiver to easily lift the legs and buttocks, providing access to the underside of the infant, child, or special need individual for diaper changing activities. In some embodiments, adjustments to the height of the legs and buttocks and the separation of the legs may be made during a diaper change by moving a restraint of the apparatus in the direction of the desired adjustment. Some embodiments aid a caregiver by restraining the arms, chest, or torso to prevent the infant, child, or special needs individual from interfering with the diaper change, but without immobilizing him so much that the caregiver cannot easily adjust his position.

Preferably, the liquid retaining members are drinking cups. Preferably, the dispenser is configured to simultaneously dispense a first stack of a plurality of drinking cups and a second stack of a plurality of drinking cups from corresponding ends of the dispensers. The dispenser includes a body having a first end and a second end. The first end has a first opening through which drinking cups in the first stack of a plurality of drinking cups can be individually dispensed one after the other. The second end has a second opening through which drinking cups in the second stack of drinking cups can be individually dispensed one after the other. Preferably, at least one biasing member biases the first stack of a plurality of drinking cups towards the first end of the body and biases the second stack of a plurality of drinking cups towards the second end of the body.

The display case doors may be suspended from the sliding bearings. The sliding door assembly may include an automatic closure system coupled to the display case doors and configured to apply a closing force that automatically returns the display case doors to the closed position. One or more magnets may apply a magnetic damping force as the display case doors approach the closed position to facilitate a soft closure of the display case doors.

Abstract: A refrigerated merchandiser includes a refrigerated insulated cabinet having a front wall that is hingedly attached to the cabinet. The front wall is rotatable between a closed position covering a storage area in the cabinet and an open position permitting access to the storage area. An opening is provided in the front wall to permit merchandise to be removed from the storage area when the front wall is in the closed position. Adjusting the front wall to the open position permits pallets loaded with merchandise, including ice bags, to be loaded into the merchandiser with a wheeled lifting device such as a forklift or hand jack. The bottom wall of the merchandiser may be removable, such that the entire floor supporting the pallet may be removed and exchanged through the opened front wall. A roller may be provided on the front wall to help in adjusting the front wall between the open and closed positions.

Gas for insulation is injected in a space formed between the glass member and the transparent plate, and the space is sealed.

Abstract: A fitted blanket fits over the mattress and secures underneath to prevent the blanket from moving off the user while sleeping in bed. The blanket can include an elastic material on at least the underside corner edges thereof to help secure the blanket to the mattress. The fitted blanket includes an opening to allow for easy entry and exit, rather than having to untuck the blanket. The opening may also provide an easy way to make the bed. The opening may simply be designed like a cut in the blanket and may or may not include closing mechanisms. The fitted nature of the blanket prevents blanket slippage or movement. The blanket may further include a cut-out region or an opening along at least a portion of the head end for pillow placement. The blanket can also include glow-in-the-dark elements or illuminated elements to light up the blanket at night.

The housing is removably coupled to the container with a mounting and moved back and forth over the popcorn to deposit salt on the popcorn.

The flange of the receptacle has holes to allow the entire holder to be tethered via clips and tether material to the user or any object.

The bottle holder includes a clip having an inner wall and an outer wall spaced to accept the exterior wall of the container in between, where the clip is formed at an arc corresponding to the arc of the exterior wall of the container, and a deck connected in a permanently fixed relationship to the clip and extending into the container. The deck includes two apertures each sized to accept the neck of one of the bottles, such that each bottle is held upside down in the container when inserted into the aperture. In addition the bottle holder may include an integral bottle opener in either the single bottle or double bottle designs.

Abstract: The present invention relates to ergonomically designed clothing hangers adapted for ease of hand-carrying and hanging on a closet rod. These ergonomic hanger designs feature a rod hook or suspension portion that includes at least two, and preferably three, linearly arrayed curved regions each adapted to ergonomically engage an adult human finger. In this way, for example, the index, middle, and ring fingers of one hand of a person carrying the hanger can easily and comfortably grasp the hanger by the suspension portion. When simultaneously carrying one or several such clothing hangers loaded with clothes, the resultant load is better distributed across the person's hand, allowing for easier, more comfortable, and less fatiguing transportation of the clothing item(s) hanging on the hangers. In preferred embodiments, at least one of the curved regions (often the central or second region among three) is also adapted to conform to the outer dimension and shape of a closet rod.

More specifically, the present invention relates to illuminated crosses for commemorative and decorative purpose having uniform illumination throughout the cross from within the structure. In embodiments, the disclosed device is comprised of a hollow translucent or transparent cruciform housing component and a light source cruciform component positioned internal to the hollow translucent or transparent cruciform housing component and having lights running along the front, the back, and the end portions of the light source cruciform component. In embodiments, the lights are positioned along the entire horizontal and vertical lengths of the light source cruciform component. In another embodiment, the device is further comprised of end cap components to further aid the directional distribution of the emitting light from the end portions of the device.

Abstract: The subject application is directed to a food processing device to extract juice. The device includes an inlet coupled to a disintegrator. The inlet is configured to accept food items and the disintegrator configured to disintegrate food items passed through the inlet. The device further includes a separator that accepts the disintegrated food items and separates out the liquid components from the food item. The device further includes a reservoir that is coupled to the separator for accepting and holding the liquid components. The reservoir includes a translucent member for viewing of liquid levels within the reservoir, and a valved outlet. The valved outlet is configured to allow or prevent the flow of liquid from the reservoir through the valved outlet.

Abstract: A system and method for an automated cooking device that includes a multi-ingredient dispenser with a base, liquid dispenser and a dispensing selector, wherein the base comprises a set of base receptacles; a set of ingredient dispenser units that removably couple with the base receptacles and controllably open when in an engaged mode with the dispensing selector of the multi-ingredient dispenser; a cooking apparatus with a heating unit and mixing unit; and a control unit that is configured to process a multi-stage cooking process and that at least partially controls the dispensing selector, heating unit, mixing unit, and liquid dispenser.
