Abstract: A workstation is disclosed including a tabletop, a frame, a support coupled to the tabletop and the frame for supporting the tabletop vertically above the frame, and a powered rotator coupled to the frame. The powered rotator may be configured to move the support and the tabletop horizontally along an arcuate path with respect to a user position. The user position and a center of curvature of the arcuate path may each be disposed away from a forward edge of the tabletop. A method of moving a tabletop of a workstation is also disclosed.

Abstract: A mobile workstation comprises a wheeled base, a height-adjustable post assembly fixedly coupled to the rear end of the wheeled base, and a tray assembly fixedly coupled to the top of the post assembly. The post assembly has a four-post construction, with upper and lower vertical posts pivotally connected to a pair of linking posts. To accommodate different users, the post assembly is designed to articulate between an upper position and a lower position through a primarily vertical travel path. The four-post construction of the post assembly disperses the weight of the tray assembly, thereby reducing the manual force required to implement height adjustment. The planar, primarily vertical, travel path undertaken by the post assembly during height adjustment maintains the workstation center of gravity to a centralized location in the base, thereby minimizing the use of counterbalances to ensure stability. As a result, the workstation is lightweight and easily maneuverable.

Abstract: The foldaway shelving unit has movable end caps and at least a first shelf and a second shelf mounted for pivotal movement with respect to the shelf support. A first movable end cap is mounted adjacent the first end of the first shelf and a second movable end cap is mounted adjacent the second end of said second shelf. The shelves can be independently pivoted between a lowered position and a raised position. When the shelves are in the lowered position, the first and second movable end caps form a bridge between the shelves. When one of the shelves is in the raised position, and the other shelf is in the lowered position, the pivot bracket raises one of the movable end caps with respect to the lowered shelf and at least a portion of the vertical wall of the second movable end cap is above the support surface of the lowered shelf.

Also disclosed is a method for flat packing furniture, including flat packing, shipping, unpacking, assembling, repacking, and reshipping.

Abstract: A shelf stanchion support system, which includes modular components easily assembled without, or minimal, tools to provide support posts for horizontal flat shelf members, such as in tables, racks, desks, étagères, carts and the like articles of furniture. The components include end caps with threaded studs, cylindrical members of different lengths having threaded openings and/or threaded studs to attach to one another. The threaded openings include upstanding protruding collars and counterbores, where shelf attachment occurs to fit into openings in the shelves and enhance stability and ease of tightening.

Abstract: Embodiments of the present disclosure relate to an electric shelf which comprises at least one column to be installed on a wall, a slidable component arranged on the column to slide along the column vertically, at least one layer of shelf board component connected to the slidable component to move simultaneously with the slidable component, and a linear driving device connected to the slidable component and the column to actuate the slidable component to move relative to the column. Advantages of the present disclosure compared to prior arts include a simpler structure and less space occupied by the shelf board component.

Abstract: An arrangement for producing personalized coffee comprises a data gathering device for gathering user related data for producing said personalized coffee. The arrangement also comprises plurality a roasting systems, where each of the roasting system comprises hoppers with a selection of coffee bean varieties, a roasting unit for roasting the selected coffee bean varieties, a grinding unit for grinding the roasted coffee bean varieties, and a packaging unit for packaging the roasted and/or grinded coffee bean varieties. Further the arrangement comprises a controlling computer for receiving said user related data for producing said personalized coffee. The controlling computer is configured to form controlling parameters based on said user related data and thereby control the operations of at least one roasting device of said selected roasting system of said at least two roasting systems by said controlling parameters in order to produce said personalized coffee.
