Abstract: The present invention discloses a magnetic damping mechanism of a fishing reel, including a carrier having a magnet, a damping disc disposed on reel shaft and being rotatable together with the reel shaft, an adjustment knob partially exposed out of the side cover, a driving member engaged with the adjustment knob, and a base connected to the driving member. The base has a through hole for receiving the damping disc; a main spring, which enables the rocker arm to always have a trend to rotate away from the damping disc, is disposed on the base. When the magnetic lines are cut and the induced current is generated when the damping disc rotates together with the reel, the rocker arm is drawn close to the damping disc in the axial direction, to generate a greater damping force. That is, the faster the reel rotates, the more the rocker arm is drawn.

Abstract: The present invention relates to a water-in-oil emulsion comprising 30-90 wt. % of a structured continuous fat phase and 10-70 wt. % of a dispersed aqueous phase, said structured continuous fat phase comprising: 95-99.9 wt. % fat, said fat having a solid fat content at 20° C. (N20) of 5-50% and a liquid oil content at 20° C. that equals 100%-N20; particulate anhydrous non-defibrillated cell wall material from plant parenchymal tissue, said particulate anhydrous non-defibrillated cell wall material having a particle size of between 25 ?m and 500 ?m; wherein the particulate anhydrous non-defibrillated cell wall material is present in the structured continuous fat phase in a concentration of 0.2-10% by weight of the liquid oil. Incorporation of the aforementioned particulate cell wall material in the fat phase of the water-in-oil emulsion makes it possible to reduce the amount of high melting (hard stock) fat that is required in the production of the emulsion.

Abstract: The invention relates to a method of producing a food or beverage product, comprising the steps of: providing an ingredient composition comprising, micellar caseins and whey proteins and having a pH of 6.1-7.1 and a concentration of 1-15 wt. % of proteins, and wherein the ingredient composition has a casein to whey protein ratio of 90/10-60/40, adding 3-25 mM divalent cations to provide a concentration of 3-8 mM free divalent cations in the ingredient composition, homogenising the ingredient composition; and subsequently pasteurising and stirring the ingredient composition at a temperature of 80°-100° C. for a period of 0.5-3 min to form agglomerated proteins comprising caseins and beta-lactoglobulin from the whey proteins, the agglomerates having a size of 5-50 microns as measured by D(4, 3) mean diameter. The invention relates also to a food or beverage product comprising aggregated proteins comprising micellar casein and whey protein aggregates, wherein the product has a pH of 6.1-7.

Abstract: A system of particle detectors can determine the location of a source without rotations or iterations. Embodiments of the system may include a middle detector flanked by two side detector panels, without shields or collimators. The middle detector may be positioned toward the front and orthogonal to the side detectors. By comparing a ratio of the detector data to a predetermined angular correlation function, the system can determine both the sign and magnitude of the source angle in real-time. Embodiments of the system can rapidly and automatically localize sources including industrial, medical, and other benign sources as well as nuclear and radiological weapons materials, whether in vehicles or cargo containers, and can provide improved sensitivity in walk-through personnel portal applications, enable enhanced detection of hidden weapons by a mobile area scanner, and enable a hand-held survey meter that indicates the radiation level as well as the location of the source of radiation.
