Abstract: A fishing rod case composed of impact resistant material which covers the central portion and tip of the shaft of the fishing rod while leaving the handle and reel exposed. The case has two sections connected by a hinge and a closing mechanism which removably joins the two sections together when the case is in a closed position. The two sections each have a rod enclosing cutout which are joined to create an opening that encloses the rod when the case is closed. The circular opening is larger than the shaft of the rod, but smaller than the guides attached to the rod. Since the guides cannot pass through the opening created by joining the two rod enclosing cutouts the case is retained in place when it comes into contact with one of the guides attached to the shaft and is prevented from sliding off the rod.

When the spray is applied to a surface, the surface does not exhibit a formation of clumps or coagulations, etc. This non-clumping property may be achieved three different ways. First, the agent may be dissolved in a specially denatured alcohol or similar solvent carrier. Second, the agent may be dissolved in water or an SDA and then forced into a fine mist by way of a high pressure gas. Third, the agent may be dissolved into a water in oil emulsion. Further, the spray allows for no amount of carrier solvent to make contact with the surface of the material being treated.

Abstract: Compositions and methods are provided for use in controlling souring and corrosion causing prokaryotes, such as SRP, by treating oil and gas field environments or treatment fluids with a newly identified bacterial strain ATCC Accession No. PTA-124262 as a self-propagating whole cell that produces an anti-SRP bacteriocin in situ. In another aspect, the methods use one or more toxic peptides or proteins isolated therefrom in methods to control unwanted prokaryotic growth in these environments.

Abstract: In an embodiment, a process for producing a dough-substitute baking compound, comprises mixing, in a single vessel, a combination of almond flour, tapioca flour, coconut flour, garlic, and salt, thereby creating a dry combination. Mozzarella cheese is added to the dry combination to create a semi-dry mixture, and hot cooked cauliflower is mixed in to form a slurry. Olive oil, almond milk, salt, and garlic, are then added in to create a final dough, which is shaped and baked.

Abstract: Disclosed is a method for realizing batch-based traceability for pork based on a QR code. Based on the QR code, user information is added to a web address carried by the QR code to realize the traceability for the pork. The method includes: 1) registering basic information of pigs in breeding and brokering processes; 2) printing an initial traceability QR code of a carcass in a slaughtering process; 3) adding user information to the initial traceability QR code in a selling process, and updating the user information to the traceability system; and 4) scanning the traceability QR code to recall data of the traceability system in a catering process to achieve transparent information. The pork and pork products are traced from production process to the selling process.

Abstract: Systems and apparatus are provided for maintaining an ultra low oxygen concentration in a shipping container for the purpose of preventing spoilage of perishable food products. The system and apparatus may contain a composition of a mixture of gases including one or more of nitrogen, carbon dioxide, and another inert gas, wherein the mixture of gases positively pressurizes the shipping container with an ultra low oxygen concentration. The system and apparatus may use one or more sensors to monitor the composition of the mixture of gases, and may use one or more controllers to release the compressed gases into the interior of the container. The controller may release the compressed gases at a variable rate of release sufficient to maintain the ultra low oxygen concentration and to ensure consistent concentrations of the mixture of gases with the container.

Abstract: With a method for heating in particular milk or milk foam, in which the milk or the milk/air mixture is conveyed through a passage opening and hot steam is conveyed through at least one steam line transversely into this passage opening. The passage opening and the at least one inlet opening opening transversely into the steam line, the steam pressure in this and the pressure and the pressure in the passage opening with flowing milk or milk/air mixture are so coordinated that the hot steam at the at least one transverse inlet opening condenses in the passage opening directly on contact with the milk or the milk/air mixture. Consequently the additional energy produced by the phase change from steam to condensate water is transmitted directly as heat to the heat in the milk or the milk/air mixture.
