At least some of the fastening cells which are adjacent to each other in a longitudinal direction are separated from each other by an open space extending across the substrate in a lateral direction. The spacer may be resilient and may include an arcuate outer support surface configured to rest against an inner surface of a watchband of the wristwatch. The spacer is held in said position using the connection means. The band is implemented to create a passageway for receiving the user's wrist for holding the apparatus securely around the user's wrist. The apparatus may further include a cover configured to cover at least the spacer for hygienic, aesthetic, and non-slip purposes.

Abstract: A retractable jewelry clasp may be used such that the user may pull a cord out from the reel or stretch an elastic band to lengthen the jewelry piece, fitting the jewelry piece over the appropriate body part, such as the head, hand, wrist, foot, etc. The user may then release the cord or elastic such that it retracts into the bead or snaps back, allowing the jewelry to be worn as designed without the inconvenience of operating a small clasp. The retractable jewelry clasp may be retrofitted to fit existing jewelry. A UE may signal a capability to transmit such transmissions, and one or more capabilities related to carrier aggregation that may be used by a base station for scheduling of transmissions on different CCs. In the event that overlapping transmissions on two or more CCs exceed a maximum power threshold, various techniques for dropping at least a portion of one or more transmissions of one or more CCs are described.

The folding chair is convertible between a folded state and an unfolded state. When the folding chair is in the unfolded state, a blocking member of the safety mechanism is switchable between a locked state, in which the blocking member abuts against a first coupling rod for blocking movement of the at least one coupling rod unit to maintain the folding chair in the unfolded state, and an unlocked state, in which the first coupling rod is not obstructed by the blocking member, such that conversion of the folding chair to the folded state to the folded state is permitted.
