  • Patent number: 11683863
Abstract: A method of making a heating film for a vehicular lampshade contains steps of: producing an adhesive layer in which a substrate made of transparent resin is provided, transparent adhesive is coated on the substrate to form a first adhesive portion, and the transparent adhesive is coated on the substrate opposite to the first surface to form a second adhesive portion; adhering a release paper on the first adhesive portion; and forming a conductive layer on the second adhesive portion. A cover lamination is printed on the conductive layer and is curved, such that a portion of the conductive layer not being covered by the cover lamination is removed in an etching manner so as to maintain the other portion of the conductive layer covered by the cover lamination and to form a curved current path. The conductive layer includes two electrical contacts electrically connected with two wires respectively.

  • Patent number: 10029129
Abstract: A high-rise building escape apparatus enables user to quickly exit a high-rise building in the event of an emergency. It mainly includes a damper which withstands impact of termination of descent and decreases terminal velocity due to its mushroomlike shape, a compartment, side and bottom nets, a parachute, an air source system, hoses, rotatable and fix frames, and a safety belt. The apparatus is operated following the procedure below. A user sets up the fix frame and rotatable frame attaching the dropping parts on the sill of a window or on the top of a balcony, makes the rotatable frame swing to the outside, opens the dropping part pack, fills the high pressure air to the airbags simultaneously through a number of internal hoses and an external hose, and disconnects the hoses.

  • Patent number: 4942000
Abstract: A contactless method for knurling thermoplastic film to improve its winding characteristics is disclosed. A preferred embodiment employs an ink jet printer to intermittently deposit ink upon at least one margin of the moving film surface. A second preferred embodiment employs a laser to intermittently modify at least one margin of the moving film surface. The invention eliminates the problem of stress gradient during web transport prior to winding which is inherent in contact knurling and particularly troublesome in the manufacture of high modulus, relatively thin thermoplastic films.

  • Patent number: 4291618
Abstract: An apparatus and method for folding and crushing empty cylindrical cans such that after being folded and crushed the can end faces are essentially coplanar. The apparatus comprises a flat stationary anvil and a flat parallel reciprocable platen defining therebetween a folding compartment into which an empty can is inserted, an independently reciprocable creasing element or plunger slidably inserted in an aperture through the center of the reciprocable platen such as to enter and leave said folding compartment, and a drive arrangement simultaneously advancing the reciprocable platen and reciprocable creasing element into said folding compartment towards the can, the creasing element being advanced more rapidly than or ahead of the platen, and drive retracting the creasing element after the creasing element has nearly passed through the can without stopping the advance of the platen, and subsequently retracting the platen.
