    Abstract: A positioning device for an ink pad container has a body and two elastic sheets. The two elastic sheets are respectively formed on two lateral side surfaces of the body. The arm is formed on a corresponding one of the two lateral side surfaces of the body, and is inserted into a corresponding one of two through grooves of the body. The positioning protrusion is formed on an inner side surface of the arm and is inserted into the body. An ink pad container may be firmly positioned into the body by the two elastic sheets. The tolerance allowances of the positioning device and the ink pad container are increased by the resiliences of the two elastic sheets. The positioning device can simultaneously satisfy the requirements for ease in assembly and for the positioning stability.

A reversible cover engages the bottom of the handle to securely cover the die plate in a first position. When the cover is reversed, the cover acts as a protective resting place for the stamp which can be easily lifted off the cover for use by the operator.

The inks in accordance with the invention may have a peak transmission in the visible spectrum at a wavelength of from 322 nm to 716 nm or having a lineal UV-Vis spectrum with no visible peak transmission between 250 nm and 950 nm. When applied to a tissue specimen the ink compositions do not bleed onto adjacent tissue margins. When view under a microscope the color of the ink compositions can be distinguished from each other.
