Abstract: The present disclosure provides cover systems for covering components of a cabin interior of a vehicle, such as an automobile, a train car, a bus, a boat, or an aircraft, among others. For instance, the cover systems may cover one or more of a seat and a floor, among others, of the cabin interior. The fabric cover systems may absorb or partially absorb one or more of low-frequency sounds, such as low-frequency noise emitted by an engine, and high-frequency sounds, among others. The fabric cover systems may absorb or partially absorb odor molecules. The fabric covering systems may include multiple layers. For instance, one of the layers may include activated carbon fibers. The activated carbon fibers may absorb or partially absorb one or more of sounds, liquids, and odors, among others.

Abstract: Disclosed are a flame retardant polyurethane-urea hybrid coating agent composition containing expanded graphite and a method of preparing the same. More particularly, it relates to a flame retardant polyurethane-urea hybrid coating agent composition which is formed as a film on surfaces of coated structures, when coated on the interiors and exteriors of building structures, vessels, and marine structures, and, after the film formation, does not discharge toxic gases, particularly black smoke, and has a characteristic to self-extinguish within several seconds, in case of fire, and a method of manufacturing the same.
Abstract: A pouch case of the present disclosure includes an inner resin layer, a metallic layer, and an outer resin layer, wherein the resin layer(s) include(s) a foaming activator containing an isocyanate-based compound and a polyol compound. Accordingly, since the pouch case includes the inner resin layer and/or the outer resin layer including the foaming activator, when moisture or the like is permeated thereto due to an external factor, a protective layer including urethane-based foam is formed in the outer resin layer or between the inner resin layer and an electrode assembly in a short time, so that the pouch case and the electrode assembly may be protected, moisture which is permeable into the electrode assembly may be blocked, and separator cracking also may be prevented.

Abstract: A fire-retardant formulation for styrene-containing polymers comprising tris(2,4,6-tribromophenoxy)-s-triazine (FR-245), antimony trioxide and polytetrafluoroethylene (PTFE), wherein the bromine concentration in said fire-retardant formulation is from about 9.0 to about 10.5 wt. %, said antimony trioxide concentration being lower than about 3.2 wt. %.
Abstract: Compositions useful for the flame retardant finishing of cotton articles or other cellulose materials are described. The compositions are obtainable by reacting a tetrakishydroxyalkylphosphonium (THP) salt with caprolactam and urea to form a condensation product and subsequently forming a condensate from excess THP salt and excess urea. The compositions endow cotton articles with flame retardant properties and a pleasantly soft hand coupled with good durability to laundering processes.
