Abstract: A multi-level rail for a storage structure may comprise an upper horizontal portion configured to support a load and a lower horizontal portion configured to support a row vehicle. An upper support portion extends downward diagonally from the upper horizontal portion toward the lower horizontal portion, and a lower support extends downward diagonally from the lower horizontal portion. This rail is configured to connect to at least one vertical post of the storage structure. Support beams for a railed storage structure are also disclosed with an elongated body having a terminal end portion configured to attach to a vertical column of a storage support structure and an upper support surface configured to support a horizontal support rail. A wing portion is secured to the terminal end portion and configured to attach to the horizontal support rail by extending lateral to the elongated body and above the upper support surface.

Abstract: A storage solution uses a ladder mount to support a shelving slide or the shelving member itself. The ladder mount can be attached to and extend upward from a base of an enclosure, such as a cabinet. Two or more ladder mounts can be used to support the shelf and/or shelf slide. The ladder mount can permit a shelving system having a width smaller than an enclosure width, to be installed in the enclosure, where one side of the shelf and/or shelf slide can attach to a cabinet side wall, and the other side of the shelf and/or shelf slide can attach to a free-standing ladder mount system. Alternatively, both sides of the shelf slide and/or shelf can be supported by a free-standing ladder mount system.

Abstract: A connector component for use with a storage unit is provided. The connector component is configured to fit around and engage a frame support member of the storage unit and to receive and attach to an end portion of a shelving component used with the storage unit. The connector component can include a sidewall having two opposing ends. The sidewall can be configured in the form of a loop that forms an opening extending through the connector component, where the opening is configured to receive the frame support member of the storage unit. The connector component can further include a slot defined between the two opposing ends to allow the connector component to receive the frame support member. Each opposing end of the sidewall can include a channel extending along the height of the sidewall in order to receive and engage the end portion of the shelving component.

Abstract: A pullout lectern and shelf device are disclosed. The lectern is an angled or anglable substantially flat surface or portion thereof which is unobstructed in such a manner as to be designed for paper, books, small items, arms, or the like to rest thereon. A base unit has a top section, middle section, and bottom section, wherein each section has a different circumference than an adjacent section in one embodiment of the disclosed technology. The base unit has at least one shelf, and in some embodiments, three shelves. The lectern is slidably removable from the bottom section. An angle support mechanism attached to the lectern is operable to change an angle of the lectern relative to the base unit. The lectern has a mathematically similar shape to the base unit in some embodiments, this shape being one with at least six sides such as a hexagon or regular hexagon.

Abstract: Devices, systems, and methods for thermal management provide conditioned air from an inlet of an electronics cabinet to a rear-mounted interface device using an enclosure mounted in the electronics cabinet. The enclosure is laterally expandable in order to make installation easier and to enable installation of the enclosure between electronics cabinets of several mounting widths. The enclosure is installed to an internal surface of the mounting rails of the electronics cabinet so that the interface devices are mounted directly to the mounting rails, so the enclosure does not support the mass of the interface devices.

Abstract: A personal wheeled container exterior support shelf that can be attached to an existing personal wheeled container is provided. The exterior support shelf comprises an elongated support member, the support member having a longitudinal axis and including a pair of plates that form a cavity that extends along the longitudinal axis of the support member, and a shelf extension assembly. The shelf extension assembly includes a pair of extendable/retractable shelf extensions that can be extended from and retracted into the cavity through an open end of the support member to extend the length of the support member along its longitudinal axis beyond each side of the wheeled personal container. A personal wheeled container is also provided.

Abstract: A closet partition system for mounting on a wall includes first and second vertical partitions with a back panel extending therebetween to define a storage area A bracket is mounted to the first vertical partition to support the back panel relative to the first vertical partition. The bracket includes a seat adapted to receive the rear edge of the first vertical partition and a support leg extending orthogonal to the seat to support the back panel relative to the rear edge of the first vertical partition. When the rear edge of the first vertical partition is disposed within the seat, the support leg offsets the first back panel from the rear edge of the first vertical partition to define a raceway between the first back panel and the rear edge of the first vertical partition.

Abstract: Variable planform shelving systems include a variable support platform and a support surface assembly that is supported by the variable support platform. The variable support platform includes frames that can be repositioned relative to each other to vary the planform of the variable support platform. The support surface assembly provides a support surface for supported items. The support surface assembly is flexible and/or comprised of a plurality of linked panels so that the support surface provided varies in response to variation in the planform of the variable support platform.

Abstract: A shock pallet assembly allows transport or movement of tall rack-mounted information handling systems (IHSes) without tipping. The shock pallet assembly can resiliently, manually or automatically retract for placement near a wall of a transport conveyance to achieve a greater shipping density of IHSes. The shock pallet assembly can include a bottom structure having a pair of parallel apertures to receive tines of a forklift. Resilient padding is positioned on a top surface of the bottom structure to provide shock dampening. A top deck is attached on top of the resilient padding and bottom structure to form a shock pallet that receives a racked-mounted IHS for transport and movement. An anti-tip mechanism is attached to a lateral side of the shock pallet to prevent tipping of the rack-mounted IHS.

Abstract: A transport chain for transporting articles includes a sequence of links. Each link defines a substantially flat support surface for the articles to be transported, and wherein each link is hingedly coupled with a previous link in the sequence. Each link includes a respective first link element defining a first portion of the support surface of the link and a respective second link element defining a second portion of the support surface of the link. The first link element and the second link element are hingedly coupled with each other through mechanical coupling allowing the first link element to rotate with respect to the second link element, and vice versa, about a rotation axis perpendicular to the support surface of the link. The mechanical coupling is spaced from the rotation axis.

Abstract: An improved drawer slide is provided. The drawer slide includes a plurality of retention tabs that allow the drawer slide to be repositionable among a plurality of positions in a furniture unit, generally without the use of tooling. The plurality of retention tabs includes upper and lower retention tabs. The upper retention tabs extend horizontally and upwardly. The lower retention tabs extend horizontally in vertical alignment with the upper retention tabs. The upper and lower retention tabs are shaped for insertion into respective upper and lower slots in a vertical panel. The end user can reposition the drawer slide into additional slots as desired, providing enhanced flexibility and customization over existing constructions.

The fastening member includes two fastening frames formed on two opposite sides of the housing. The keyboard module includes a supporting member, a keyboard assembly, and a flexible circuit board electrically connected with the printed circuit board. The keyboard assembly is disposed on the supporting member. Two opposite sides of one of the two fastening frames and the supporting member respectively define a guiding slot, and two opposite sides of another one of the two fastening frames and the supporting member respectively form a track. The two tracks are separately received in the corresponding guiding slots. The supporting member and the keyboard assembly can slide out from the housing along the tracks.

The shelf assembly includes a first and second shelf portion with first and second support surfaces. The second shelf portion is slidably moveable relative to the first shelf portion between an extended position and a retracted position. In the extended position, the second shelf portion is arranged such that the second support surface is substantially coplanar with the first support surface and the second support surface is located generally between a first support surface and a side wall of the food compartment. In the retracted position, the second planar support surface is arranged subjacent to the first planar support surface.

Abstract: Variable planform shelving systems include a variable support platform and a support surface assembly that is supported by the variable support platform. The variable support platform includes frames that can be repositioned relative to each other to vary the planform of the variable support platform. The support surface assembly provides a support surface for supported items. The support surface assembly is flexible and/or comprised of a plurality of linked panels so that the support surface provided varies in response to variation in the planform of the variable support platform.

Abstract: Various methods are used to store bedcovers such as thick quilts and comforters when not in use. Previous methods and apparatus for such storage were bulky, not easily adjustable or movable. The present invention, however, provides for a greatly improved method and apparatus that does not interfere with the actual bed structure and is easily movable and adjustable. The present invention describes the methodology utilized to achieve these goals.

The rear tabletop cannot move fore and aft, but it can be tilted about a transverse horizontal axis. The rear tabletop is at all times well above the horizontal plane of the front tabletop. Both tabletops are normally locked in position, but the setting of each can be adjusted by depressing one of two pedals at the bottom of the base. The tabletops can be removed easily for cleaning and sterilization.

Abstract: The present invention relates to outdoor grill accessories, and more particularly, a foldable worktable attachment for an outdoor grill that includes a large table area that is interconnected to a lower shelf by two sets of foldable legs. When in an erect position, the table provides ample space for preparing foods and the like, but when in a collapsed position, the table lies flush against one of the sides of the grill housing, thus, enclosing the lower shelf and supporting legs that are folded and stored between the table and a recessed area included in the grill housing.

Abstract: A portable workstation configured for use with a primary worksurface includes a monitor support adapted to be moveably supported by the primary worksurface and an auxiliary worksurface pivotally connected to the monitor support about a horizontal axis. The auxiliary worksurface is automatically moveable with the monitor support and pivots downwardly from a first worksurface position to a second worksurface position. In one embodiment, a pivotable link member connects a base and a front portion of a worksurface. A method of configuring the workstation is also provided.

Abstract: An assembling method that is high in assembly accuracy and easily performed at the actual installation site is provided. In this method, the sub base plates on the sub mounting tables are aligned with respect to a main base plate on a main mounting table at a temporary installation site, and the state thereof is maintained. Then, the main mounting table and the sub mounting tables are separated from each other to be transferred to the actual installation site, and the positioning state is restored at the actual installation site. Since a positional alignment can be performed at the temporary installation site, the work required at the actual installation site can be reduced. Furthermore, since a fine adjustment can be performed at the actual installation site, the accuracy in the positional alignment can be improved.

Abstract: A shelf for overlying a shower barrier uses a pair of shelves that are connected by a connector shelf allowing the device to telescope. Each of the pair of shelves abut a side wall and overlie a curtain rod or the top of a shower door. Each shelf has a flat upper surface and a decorative downwardly depending front surface for enhancing the aesthetics of the shower enclosure and concealing the rod or top of the door. Various devices can be used to hold the shelves against the walls including telescoping rods attached to the connector shelf and the other two shelves with a set screw holding the rods in place. A compression spring can also push on the outer shelves; or screws can pass through either screw bosses on the two other shelves and into the respective walls or a bracket can, be attached to the outer shelves and the walls.

Abstract: Apparatus for moving a toilet between a position where it is accessible to a person of restricted mobility and a storage position when not in use. The apparatus comprises two cooperating platforms, a first platform which rests on the floor of a room which houses the apparatus and a second platform. The first platform has a guide along an edge, and the second platform has an edge that is slidably received in the guide, and is supported so that it is capable of limited translational movement without rotation relative to the first platform. A physically impaired person can occupy a chair on the first platform, and can slide the second platform relative to the first to move a portable toilet on the second platform between a position in which it can be used and a storage position.

Abstract: An adjustable, articulable platform, changeable to and from a “U” shape to an “H” shape, is attachable to the distal end of an articulable support arm of a transport vehicle. The platform is arranged to adjustably surround an elevated chimney on at least three sides thereof. The platform comprises: a lower anchor plate centrally disposed within an elongated lower support frame; a rear anchor plate connected perpendicularly to the lower anchor plate, the rear anchor plate centrally and connectively disposed within an elongated rear wall frame, comprising bridging portions of the platform. A right sidewall frame and a left sidewall frame is connected to respective end portions of the elongated rear wall frame.
