  • Patent number: 11937695
Abstract: A table includes a tabletop and a leg assembly to support the tabletop. The leg assembly comprises first and second supports movably connected to the tabletop. The first support includes a first bar and the second support includes a second bar. The first and second bars are pivotally connected to the first bar. The leg assembly also includes a mechanism for adjusting a height of the leg assembly. The mechanism includes a first coupling piece disposed at the first bar and a second coupling piece pivotally connected to the second bar. One of the first and second coupling pieces includes multiple positioning slots. The other of the first and second coupling pieces is selectively engageable with any one of the positioning slots. Engagement with different positioning slots changes an angle between the first and second bars and consequently changes the height of the leg assembly.

Abstract: A slacks valet mechanism, to prevent the slacks of a user of a lavatory stall toilet from becoming soiled by preventing its contact with the floor, includes an arm coupled to the stall door/wall, being movable between stowed and deployed positions. The stowed arm is proximate to the lavatory door, and the deployed arm has a portion proximate to the toilet, to thereon receive the lowered slacks to prevent soiling. A simple stop means substantially limits travel into the deployed position. Another embodiment uses tension spring(s) for the stop, thereby permitting break-away arm pivoting beyond normal deployment, if it is inadvertently stepped upon, to prevent damage thereto. A dual-pivotable coupling with the stall door facilitates arm rotation, in case it is kicked, to further prevent damage. A two-section arm provides for more ergonomic support for the user's slacks, when seated. Peelable layers on the arm provide further sanitary protection.

Abstract: A domain model generator (DMG) for an integrated development environment (IDE) guides a software engineer through a process of identifying domain-specific concepts for a domain of an object-oriented software application. The DMG also helps the engineer to classify the domain-specific concepts as pertaining to particular object-oriented modeling concepts for the object-oriented software application. Those modeling concepts may include classes, attributes, inheritance, etc. In addition, the DMG may automatically generate a Unified Modeling Language (UML) domain diagram, based at least in part on the domain-specific concepts and the corresponding modeling concepts. Other embodiments are described and claimed.

Abstract: A collapsible table structure comprises a tabletop and a plurality of folding leg assemblies pivotally attached thereto. Each leg assembly comprises a first leg and a second leg connected to each other at a pivot coupling defining an unintruding common axis for movement between an open condition generally resembling an X-shaped configuration and a closed condition wherein the legs, as well as the tabletop, are generally parallelly disposed in a common plane. Each leg is formed by at least two telescopically connected leg sections freely movable through and transversely of the unintruding common axis in moving between extended and retracted positions relative to each other. Each leg includes a locking mechanism for retaining a lower leg section in an extended position. The table structure further includes means for releasing the locking mechanism to facilitate collapsing of the table to its closed condition.

  • Patent number: 8667907
Abstract: A portable and collapsible table structure comprises a tabletop, a table frame, and a plurality of folding legs pivotally attached to the table frame. The tabletop is independently collapsed to a bundled condition, for example, by folding or rolling. Similarly, the table frame and the folding legs are collapsed so as to minimize the amount of space taken up by the collapsed and bundled table frame and legs. The bundled tabletop and the collapsed table frame and legs can be further bundled or packed together for transport and/or storage. The table frame comprises adjustable members that permit the size and footprint of the table frame to be expanded to multiple usable table sizes without compromising the size of the collapsed and bundled table. The folding legs may be adjustable to reduce the size taken up by the legs in the compressed and bundled condition of the table.
