Abstract: The present disclosure could generally provide a system for use with a furniture or desk assembly having an extendible leg assembly and retaining system. In one embodiment, the system could be easily and safely adjustable, while maintaining a particular height and overall structural integrity of a furniture or desk system to, for example, withstand considerable weight and pressure exerted thereto.

The horizontal traverses are coupled to the vertical posts by means of a bifurcated collar that are placed on each vertical post. Each horizontal traverse includes an end piece which is configured to couple to both halves of the bifurcated collar. Each half of the bifurcated collar comprises a wedge shaped design such that when a load is placed on the traverse, forces are applied to the bifurcated collar that squeezes each half of the collar together more tightly around the vertical post. The traverses may be coupled to one or both sides of the vertical post to allow the shelving system to be extended as far as the user desires in any lateral direction. The shelving system may also be extended in a perpendicular or other angular direction by means of a wedge shaped corner connector.

Both segments include partial frusto conical surface portions that engage a frusto conical clamping sleeve on the support posts to facilitate releasable connection of the shelf to the posts.

The tray support arm includes a vertical member which is inserted through the top shelf and into the support post and is frictionally secured thereto by a spring-loaded wedge assembly. An articulated arm is rotatably mounted to the vertical member at one end and rotatably mounted to a support tray at an opposite end. The interior of the utility cart between the top and bottom shelves may be left exposed and accessible or may be enclosed by a plurality of panels and door assembles.

Abstract: Several embodiments of the present invention provide a pole connector assembly for connecting adjacent pole sections in order to construct a pole. Preferably, these pole connector assemblies have two inserts connected together by a fastener. Each of the two inserts is received within an open end of a respective pole section. The fastener is preferably received within an aperture in each of the inserts in order to connect the pole sections together. In some preferred embodiments, each insert has at least one projection that extends into the pole section within which the insert is received. Preferably, the projection can be deflected in order to engage (or more fully engage) the insert within its corresponding pole section. Preferably, the projection can be deflected by the fastener and/or by one or more internal surfaces of the pole section as the insert is inserted within the pole section.

The fixed part is formed at another end with a curved case defining a side opening. The movable part is formed at another end with a curved cover adapted to close the side opening of the case. A free end of the case is formed of a dovetail mortise and a free end of the cover is formed of a dovetail tenon for fitly engaging with the dovetail mortise of the case. Two ends of the pivotal shaft are extended through two long holes provided on upper and lower sides of the movable part, so that the movable part could be moved linearly relative to the fixed part to engage or disengage the dovetail tenon with or from the dovetail mortise so as to close or open the two parts of the shelf-holder.

The supporting posts have a non-round cross section and the shelves have short sleeves provided at every corner thereof. Each supporting post is provided on its outer surface at a portion facing inward toward the rack with a plurality of equally spaced grooves. Each connecting member is adapted to firmly mount on the supporting post by engaging ribs provided on inner surface of the connecting member with the grooves on the supporting post. An outer surface of the connecting member opposite to the ribs is downwardly and outwardly inclined; and an inner surface of the sleeve of the shelf facing the inclined outer surface of the connecting member is correspondingly inclined.

Abstract: A large multi-level tent that has an interior divided into two levels. The tent is a ¾ sphere that is supported by shaped tubes, a set of braces, and a top band. The platform has polyvinylchloride (PVC) posts to secure the platform to the ground. Each post extends upward to the full desired height for a two level living space. Metal brackets are secured to the vertical posts at each floor location. These brackets hold 2×4 horizontal wooden frame members. The frame members are reinforced with additional wood framing, similar to deck construction. Each deck is then covered with plywood sheathing to form a “floor” surface. After the platform is built, the tent is constructed around it. The tent has frame, which is covered by a canvas outer covering that is attached to all the tent frame elements.

Abstract: The present invention discloses a multifunctional knockdown rack structure, mainly comprising a main shaft and a plurality of inserting members, wherein the main shaft forms by stamping a plurality of ring edges at many sections on the surface of the tube member of the main shaft; the inserting member has an opening with a diameter slightly smaller than that of the tube member of the main shaft, and forms an interior hollow that exactly fits into the ring edge, and there are a blocking section and a supporting section respectively at the upper end and lower end of the interior hollow that fit into the tube member of the main shaft. The upper end and lower end respectively fit in the blocking section and the supporting section; such supporting section is coupled to the interior hollow having a anti-pressure section at an appropriate distance (this section is one empty section having no restrictions).

Each display stand module comprises an upper and lower base or spanner having a plurality of spanner members generally bisecting each other medially. Each taper sleeve is tapered such that a diameter of an outer profile increases from a first end toward a second end. A ring is provided at each of four corners of the shelf. The ring is tapered such that a diameter of an inner profile increases from the first end toward the second end so as to be coincident, partially or entirely, with the outer profile of the taper sleeve. The ring is fitted onto the taper sleeve, which, in turn, is fitted onto the support.
