Abstract: A folding work surface for mounting on a wall. The work surface includes a platform hinged to the wall. A pair of upper supports are pivotally connected to the platform and pivotally connected to a lower support. The lower support is then pivotally connected to the wall. A locking ring is positioned on each of the upper supports. A stop bracket is also included and has a base secured to the lower support and has a pair of locking tabs separately extending outwardly which extend along a portion of the upper supports. When the platform is in an opened position, the upper supports and the lower supports aligned to permit the locking rings to slide over the locking tabs securing the locking tabs against the upper supports and thereby locking the platform in the opened position.

Abstract: The boat storage container unit is adapted to be supported on a boat. The boat storage container unit has a support unit and a container sized and shaped to store fishing tackle, tools and the like and adapted to slide onto the support unit. The support unit has a vertical support member, an attachment device for attaching the vertical support member to a boat, a base and a connection device at one end of the base to pivotally connect the base to the vertical support member. The connection device is adapted to permit the base to be moveable from a vertical position to a retainable horizontal position. A top surface of the base and a bottom surface of the container have inter-engaging means to permit the container to slide onto and be retainer on the base.

Abstract: An adjustable mounting system for wall-mounted shelf units is provided. The mounting system of the shelf unit comprises at least one horizontal support, situated preferably in proximity to the wall surface near the upper section of the shelf unit. The horizontal support is attached to, and slides laterally in clamping brackets that have been mounted to a wall. One part of the brackets are designed to be fastened to wall vertical support columns or studs, and incorporate a second portion that provides a clamping mechanism that attaches to the horizontal. The horizontal support is preferably fastened at each end to the shelf unit. One or more vertical columns are located between the shelves of the shelf unit and are located proximal, and optionally anterior to the horizontal support. A clamping element, which is preferably a plate with holes drilled into it, is placed proximate to the vertical support columns.

Abstract: This patent discloses a table assembly to provide leg support for a person and to hold articles and food in an automobile. The table assembly may include a headrest fastener, a tray, a footrest, and a leveler bar, each attached to a table housing. The table housing and tray may be adjusted vertically and the tray and footrest may be adjusted horizontally. The leveler bar may be rotated to position the tray and footrest in a horizontal alignment.

Abstract: A shelf apparatus according to one embodiment of the present invention includes first and second upstanding posts each having a plurality of horizontally-extending grooves in an external surface thereof, the grooves spaced vertically from one another. First and second shelf support clamps are supported by the first and second posts, respectively. The clamps each have a clamp body received only partially about its corresponding post, and the clamps each include a horizontally-extending protuberance such as a rib received in one of the grooves of its respective post. The apparatus further includes first and second shelf brackets supported by the first and second clamps, respectively, and a shelf supported by the first and second shelf brackets.

Abstract: A shelf and swivel for supporting a shelf for rotation with respect to an underlying base, the shelf including an off-axis aperture, the swivel including a first member having a plurality of openings to receive fasteners for securing the swivel to the underlying base and a pair of downward projections straddling one of the openings. A second swivel member, coupled to the first swivel member for rotation about a vertical axis, is secured to a lower surface of the shelf so that the first member openings are serially accessible through the shelf aperture. A first fastener is installed through the shelf aperture and aligned first swivel member opening into the underlying base with sufficient force to embed the projections in the underlying base, thereby inhibiting movement of the first swivel member sufficiently to permit rotation of the shelf to serially expose additional first member openings to receive additional fasteners.

Abstract: In one embodiment of the present invention there is provided a folding work surface for mounting on a wall. The work surface includes a platform hinged to the wall. A pair of upper supports are pivotally connected to the platform and pivotally connected to a lower support. The lower support is then pivotally connected to the wall. A locking ring is positioned on each of the upper supports. A stop bracket is also included and has a base secured to the lower support and has a pair of locking tabs separately extending outwardly which extend along a portion of the upper supports. When the platform is in an opened position, the upper supports and the lower supports aligned to permit the locking rings to slide over the locking tabs securing the locking tabs against the upper supports and thereby locking the platform in the opened position.

Abstract: A device for facilitating use of a bathroom fixture according to various exemplary embodiments can include at least a first planar body and a second planar body having a pair of opposed legs extending from each planar body defining a first opening and a second opening for receiving and conforming to a configuration of a base of a bathroom fixture. An interlocking element may be interposed between at least the first planar body and the second planar body for interlocking and stacking at least the first and second planar bodies to form a raised platform adjustable to a predetermined height based upon a user's height for facilitating use of the bathroom fixture according to the user's height. A skid-resistance bottom surface may be provided on either the first planar body or the second planar body for securing the raised platform to an underlying surface to prevent movement.

Abstract: A stowable table is provided having a tabletop with a top surface that faces outward when stowed and upward when deployed. In one embodiment, the stowable table includes a tabletop, a support bracket and a back member. The tabletop has a top surface, a bottom surface and an end. The support bracket has an upper end and a lower end, wherein the upper end is pivotally connected to the bottom surface of the tabletop. The back member has a bottom end, a top end, a back side and a front side, where the front side extends between the bottom end and the top end, wherein the lower end of the support bracket is pivotally connected to the bottom end, and the end of the tabletop is positionably connected to the front side between a stowed position and a deployed position. The stowable table is selectively attachable to a wall or may use the wall as a member.

Abstract: A double sided table top display apparatus having a first double sided upright sub-assembly, a second double sided upright sub-assembly, and upper and lower horizontal cross-members, which extend between the first and second double sided upright sub-assemblies, to substantially span the desired length of the table top. A one or more horizontal cross member extension(s) may be selectively used to extend the length of the display apparatus for longer displays. A flexible sheet material with indicia thereon is releasably secured to the modular table top display apparatus at assembly, and may be rolled up for transport or storage. A rotatable clamp extends beneath the table top to secure each of the first and second upright sub-assemblies directly to the table top. Optional lighting may be supported by the rigid frame. The modular table top display apparatus my be disassembled and compactly stored in a carrying case or bag, for ease of transport and storage.

Abstract: A portable shelf includes a planar shelf surface, a cleat, and a strap secured to the cleat. The cleat has a first end connected to a rear edge of the shelf surface and a distal second end. The cleat may either be integrally formed with the shelf surface, or pivotally connected thereto. The cleat is substantially perpendicular to the shelf surface in an open position. The strap forms a continuous loop for encircling a support post. The strap is tightenable against the support post, thereby securing the cleat to the support post.

Abstract: A personal computer, video monitor or other electronic equipment mounted directly on a camera tripod by a tray offering a cantilever technique of support by having a rear end supported by two clamps individually positioned at the same height on two of the tripod legs, and a front end locked by a third clamp at a higher elevation on the remaining leg of the tripod.

Abstract: A portable workstation, in one embodiment, includes a base unit and a table. The base unit includes one or more vertical support members and a platform extending horizontally from the vertical support member. Support legs telescopically extend laterally to support the workstation in an upright position. The platform forms the top of the base unit in an upright position. The table is configured to extend from the base unit and includes a support leg. The table transitions between an extended position and a storage position. When the support legs are in the extended position, the table and support legs provide support to the base unit of the workstation, forming an integrated tripod system. Thus, the base unit may be compact and easily transported in a storage position; however, the platform and the table when extended may provide an ample work surface at a traditional working height.

Abstract: A wall body attachment unit (1) is secured by screws (2) to a wall body (W), a shelf board support unit (4) is removably attached to the wall body attachment unit (1) by engaging a curved engagement portion (4a) into a corresponding engaged portion of the wall body attachment unit (1). The shelf board support unit (4) holds a shelf board between a shelf board holding board portion (4b) and a shelf board holding lower board portion (4e) while a distance between the upper and lower members (4A) and (4B), which are secured to each other. Thus, the shelf board (3) can be supported by the shelf board support unit (4) at a low position on the ground, but not at an attachment position on the wall body.

Abstract: A concession tray for selectively supporting concessions in a substantially horizontal position relative to a stadium seat, thereby facilitating the comfort and enjoyment of a patron at a performance or event. A retaining flange is coupled to the concession tray and easily integrated with an existing stadium seat such that the concession tray may retain concessions in a fixed relationship with a stadium seat without requiring substantial modification of the stadium seat, if any. The concession tray may also incorporate advertising thereon to generate revenue for a specific performance venue.

Abstract: A portable tray for use at multiple locations of the interior of a vehicle includes a body adapted to be operatively supported to the interior of the vehicle and defining at least one substantially planar work surface. The tray also includes a support mechanism connected to the body and adapted to removably support the body to structural components of the interior of the vehicle such that the tray can be manually moved and used at various locations within the interior of the vehicle.

Abstract: A circuit board assembly includes a motherboard defining a motherboard plane, and a daughter board defining a daughter board plane which is substantially parallel to the motherboard plane. The motherboard and the daughter board electrically connect to each other through a set of circuit board connectors. The circuit board assembly further includes a set of edge clips. Each edge clip extends outwardly from the daughter board along the daughter board plane and is configured to operate as a mounting platform through which to physically secure the daughter board to the motherboard.

One of the mounting bracket is a vertically elongated bracket. A folding diagonal brace comprised of upper and lower braces is connected between a lower side of the platform and the elongated bracket. A lower pin at the lower end of the upper brace is positioned through a longitudinal slot in the lower brace. An upper pin on the upper brace is positioned in a coiled slot at an upper end of the lower brace when the platform is fully raised and the diagonal brace is straightened.

Abstract: A removable tree stand with a novel shur lok latch. A platform extends laterally outward from the tree in a nominally horizontal position. The platform end proximal to the tree includes a mechanism for engaging the tree. Integral tubular support arms project up at an angle from both sides of the platform to a height above the platform. A support cable, including a plurality of mechanical stops, encircles the tree trunk and is inserted through both tubular support arms. The first key feature is a novel pivoting cable engagement mechanism, called a shur lock latch, on each support arm that is easily engaged and provides a positive lock that prohibits inadvertent disengagement of the support cable in both the loaded and unloaded condition. A second key feature is that the support cable is powdercoated to provide increased durability.

Abstract: An overbed table or the like having a base for mounting on a bed frame, a first arm, a second arm, and a table is provided. The first arm pivots relative to the base and the second arm pivots relative to the first arm. A pivot lock can be positioned between the base and the first arm, the pivot lock locking against pivoting movement of the first arm relative to the base. The table can pivot relative to the second arm about a vertical axis, and in one embodiment, the table can pivot about the second arm's longitudinal axis such that the table can assume a substantially vertical position.

Abstract: An open frame display shelf assembly formed of elongate parallel base rods to which are connected an array of rod beams arranged transversely to the base rods and bent upwardly to support forward and rearward wall-forming rods. The wall-forming rods are arranged to provide receptor gaps. The shelves are supported from cantilevered sidewalls also containing receptor gaps. A bracket assembly with two adjusting components and three triangularly oriented connectors permit attitude adjustments of the shelf. A sign mount at the forward walls of the shelving is tiltable to accommodate the attitude of the shelf assembly. Sign support assemblies, carrying product identifying visual patterns may be pivotally mounted from the forward edge of forward region of one shelf to freely abuttably rest upon the forward wall of the next lower adjacent shelf. To access the product, the customer pivotally lifts the sign support.

Abstract: A tree stand with adjusting features allowing it to remain level in use. The invention includes two main subassemblies—a lower foot platform and an upper seat platform. The foot platform features a pivotally attached foot rest portion which can be adjusted in pitch. The seat platform includes a rotating seat with a pitch pivot located underneath. The seat's pitch is infinitely adjustable without affecting its rotation about the yaw axis. The seat platform also includes two telescoping climbing arms which the user can grasp when moving the two platforms up a tree. These climbing arms can be stowed once the stand is in position for use.

Abstract: A table and mounting combination includes an apparatus for removably mounting a tray on a railing that has an upper railing, a lower railing and a plurality of vertical members extending between the upper and lower railings. The apparatus includes a panel having an upper side, a lower side and a peripheral edge. A peripheral flange is attached to and extends downwardly from the peripheral edge. Each of a pair of mountings is removably positionable on the upper railing. Each of a pair of supports is removably attachable to one of the mountings such that the supports are in a generally horizontal orientation when each of the mountings are positioned on the upper rail. The panel may be removably positioned on the pair of mountings and the supports such that the panel is in a generally horizontal orientation.

Abstract: Disclosed herein is a multi-functional apparatus for use during fishing, boating, camping, etc. that typically comprises a flat horizontal surface, two hinged support panels attached to the underside of the horizontal surface, three adjustable-length attachment straps, and one or more rod support tubes. The multi-functional apparatus of the present invention provides a mechanism for detachable attachment to any vertical member such as a pier piling, a bridge structure, or a tree trunk. The present invention is fabricated of strong, lightweight, plastic materials to provide the durability required by the nature of its usage. The present invention's design is simple, scalable, and can be economically manufactured and sold. In use, the present invention is attached to a vertical member conveniently located at the fishing site. Once baited and cast, one or more fishing rods may be supported in an upright orientation, awaiting a strike by a fish, by placing the handle(s) into the support tube(s).

Abstract: A shelf constructed from lightweight sheet metal, which can be used in conjunction with a “French” type box easel, and carried and stored within the box of the easel. The shelf itself maintains a shelf supporting arm in an upright plane so that a holding end of the arm is able to support a vertical load from one and only one arm supporting hook thereon. The shelf assembly comprises: a horizontal shelf member having a vertically extending portion(s) having two vertically extending openings therein; two support arms each having a rear end portion having one, and only one rear hook extending from a top portion thereof, a longitudinal horizontal top side portion to carry the shelf member, and a vertically extending projection adapted to be closely received within the openings in the shelf member. When the arms are received in the shelf member the arms are maintained in an upright position and the shelf assembly is thereby stable under load when hung on and over the support.

A clamping attachment assembly (14) is rotatably attached to the support tray with a locking device defined as a swivel joint assembly (16) allowing the tray to be positioned in a horizontal plane relative to the clamping attachment assembly when the clamping attachment assembly is affixed to a rigid object within a specific workplace.

Abstract: An extension for a shelf, the shelf having a substantially planar top surface, a plurality of holes in the top surface, and a front edge. The extension includes a substantially planar shelf portion having a front, back, and left and right sides. The front of the planar shelf portion has a curved portion between the left and right sides. A plurality of downward extending tabs are under the planar shelf portion and are arranged in alignment with corresponding holes in a shelf. A lip extends downward from the curved portion of the planar shelf portion. When the extension is installed on a shelf, the tabs engage the holes in the shelf and the planar shelf portion is substantially parallel with and on the planar top surface of the shelf and the lip is positioned in front of the shelf front lip.

Abstract: A movable support system for at least one display device is disclosed having a track system and a base movably mounted at a first section to the track system. A display support assembly adapted for coupling of the display device is pivotally mounted at a second section of the base. The display device installed on the display support assembly may be selectively positioned for use in a variety of locations relative to the track system. An apparatus is also disclosed providing a movable support for a display device, including a track system providing at least one track and a support movably coupled at a first section to the track system. The apparatus also includes a display support movably coupled to a second section of the support and configured for coupling at least two display panels. Each of the display panels may be positioned for use in a variety of locations relative to the track.

The platform includes a vertical access opening therethrough allowing an individual to gain access to the top side of the platform from the underside thereof via a vertical opening extending through the platform. A pair of closure doors is articulately mounted on the platform for swinging movement between co-planar, closed positions, closing the opening and transverse, open positions. The doors can either be individually swingably mounted at there laterally outer edges to the platform or articulately connected to each other and only one of the doors pivotally coupled to the platform.

Abstract: A portable tree stand for use with non-vertical trees provides standing and seating platforms that may remain parallel and may be adjustable. Adjustments include a slidable seat platform and a slidable standing platform that may be extended to allow adequate seating and standing space to compensate for tree trunks that diverge from the vertical. Additionally, the distance, or height, between the standing platform and the seating platform maybe varied. A threaded chain tensioner tightens a chain around the tree helping hold the stand to the tree, and optionally a tree screw secures attachment to the tree trunk. An adjustable seat support post establishes a parallelogram relationship between the seat platform and the standing platform such that an angular relationship, which may be parallel or non-parallel, may be maintained between the seat platform and the standing platform.

Adequate space on the surface is provided to support a small radio, clock or book of minimal weight. Abstract: A bracket for support bases in household appliances, for example refrigerators or freezers or stoves, having at least one profiled rail which is mounted, extending substantially vertically, in a reception chamber of the household appliance, and having at least one support element, to which a support base is attached and which can be selectively displaced along the profiled rail or fixed in place on the profiled rail. In accordance with this invention, the support element can be substantially positively fixed in place on the profiled rail against a movement along the profiled rail, preferably in the form of a frictional locking mechanism, or a clamp. A length of chain passes generally horizontally around the trunk to secure the back frame to the tree. The chain is generally rigid and self-supporting in the vertical direction but freely movable in the horizontal direction to wrap around the trunk of the tree. A hook is configured to secure the length in a loop, and a ratchet mechanism controllably decreases a circumference of the loop to secure the back frame to the tree. A pivotally mounted rest is configured for engaging the tree trunk so that the stand may be mounted on a non-vertical tree trunk with the platform in a level orientation. A seat and a post, together with the back frame and platform, are hinged together in a structure capable of folding between deployed and collapsed positions.

Abstract: A platform is selectively attachable to the wall of an open container. The platform includes a hanger which is placed over and engages the top rim of the container wall. A bracket is pivotal between a flat storage position and a locked position perpendicular to the planar body of the platform. When the bracket is placed in the locked perpendicular position, the hanger may be placed over the top rim of the upstanding wall so that the bracket abuts the outside surface of the upstanding wall and the platform is therefore maintained in a substantially horizontal orientation.

Abstract: A detachable mounting arrangement, for a stroller front guard adapted to transversely extend from a seat frame of the stroller to form a front boundary thereof, includes two joint members provided at two ends of the front guard for detachably mounting on the seat frame, wherein each of the joint members has a base joint having two supporting walls to mounted on the seat frame. Each joint member further has at least a locking slot provided on one of the supporting walls and has an opening formed at an edge of the respective supporting wall. Two locking shanks, which are provided on two sides of the seat frame, each has a neck portion protruded from the seat frame and arranged to slide into the locking slot so as to lock up the joint member on the seat frame.

Abstract: A tray assembly that includes an enlarged tray member, optional sorting boxes that can connect laterally to either side of the tray member, and detachable straps that allow support of the tray member by one or more automobile seats. The shelf anchor is positioned relative to the shelf so that at least a portion of the peripheral rim is received within the rim-receiving recess in a manner to prevent the shelf from moving outwardly from the wall when the shelf anchor is mounted to the wall. The shelf-retainer includes a lateral positioner.
