Abstract: A rapidly assembled tabletop support includes cross members and a stringer perpendicular to the cross members. There are locking mechanisms on the cross member, and steps and necks corresponding to the steps on the stringer. By pushing the stringer to move relative to the cross member, the stringer and its steps are closely matched with a tube wall of the cross member, and the locking mechanism is engaged into the neck on the stringer, realizing rapid engagement between the cross member and the stringer. The rapidly assembled tabletop support has advantages such as high production efficiency, simple structure, convenient installation, reliable use, and adjustable length.

Abstract: A seatback assembly structured to at least partially support a seated individual on a wall, specifically but not exclusively, a pre-existing or newly constructed wall configured to facilitate one or more individuals to sit on an exposed portion thereof. The seatback assembly includes a back support orientation to and extending along the length of the wall and a connector assembly disposed in an operative position interconnecting the back support to the wall. The connector assembly includes at least one or a plurality of brackets, each including a base and a support segment and an anchor interconnecting each of the one or more brackets at least partially on the interior of and in stabilizing relation to the wall. A supporting orientation of the back support includes it connected to the wall in receiving, engageable relation to a seated individual.

Abstract: A quick assembly table and an installation method is disclosed. The table includes a tabletop and legs. The legs are evenly arranged at a bottom of the tabletop, a sliding slot is disposed at the bottom of the tabletop, the legs slide along and fit into the sliding slot, the legs are connected by an annular beam in between, the annular beam is fitted with a locking screw, and the locking screw expands or shrinks the annular beam to push the legs to slide along the sliding slot. The tabletop and legs are installed in a slide-and-fit manner without screws, and are convenient to assemble and disassemble. In addition, relative locations between all the legs and the tabletop can be adjusted synchronously through expansion or shrinkage of the annular beam, making adjustment flexible and convenient.

Abstract: Magnetic fasteners, magnetic joints, and methods for making and using the magnetic fasteners and joints, and articles utilizing the magnetic fasteners and magnetic joints are provided. The magnetic fasteners and joints may be used in furniture, cabinetry, and the like, and enable facile and consistent assembly of furniture and cabinetry.

Abstract: A connector for shelf assembly may comprise at least a connector having a semi-cylindrical concave formed at a lateral edge thereof, and a first hook portion and a second hook portion respectively protrude from two lateral ends of the inner edge of the concave. When the connector is applied to a shelf, the first hook portion and the second hook portion thereof are configured to respectively hook on two adjacent edges of a shelf board of the shelf which are perpendicular to each other. Each of the connectors can be directly coupled with a collar of the shelf board such that an external board can be assembled between the two shelves without dissembling process. Also, the external board can be assembled parallel with the shelf boards on the two shelves, which improves the practicability and stability of the assembled shelves with the external board when in use.

Abstract: According to at least one exemplary embodiment, an article of furniture may be stabilized by one or more stretchers capable of contracting or extending to create a stabilizing force between the components of the furniture. The article of furniture may include a top surface member and a plurality of support members. The one or more stretchers may engage the support members, applying a stabilizing force. The furniture may be assembled and disassembled quickly and without the use of irreversible couplings such as nails, screws, staples, or adhesives.

Abstract: A modular medical instrument table and method of using the same is provided. The modular medical instrument table includes a base and at least one support structure rising from the base, the support structure having a substantially vertical axis. At least one arm is removably affixed to the support structure, the arm having a first end proximate to the support structure and a second end distal from the support structure, wherein the second end of the arm is rotatable about the support structure. A shelf is attachable to the second end of the arm.

Abstract: The present invention is related to a desk structure. The desk structure comprises a writing surface, and a book box which is secured to the writing surface. A plurality of receiver sleeves are integrally molded with the book box. Each receiver sleeve has an outer wall and an inner wall. The inner wall of the receiver sleeve has a slot and a plurality of radially spaced ribs. The inner wall defines an opening. The desk structure further comprises a plurality of legs. Each leg has an upper leg portion. The upper leg portion of each leg is received by the inner wall opening of a corresponding receiver sleeve. Additionally, each upper leg portion includes a detent. The detent is adapted to engage a corresponding inner wall slot when the upper leg portion is received by the inner wall opening of the corresponding receiver sleeve. Thus, the detent both secures the leg to the book box and positions the upper leg portion within the opening.

Abstract: Provided is a desk top panel, which normally protects privacy in a complete shielding form, permits facing persons to converse and documents and the like to be passed and received by opening a lower space of the desk top panel as needed, and permits a wiring cover to be easily attached/removed or opened/closed. A desk having such desk top panel attached thereon is also provided. A desk top panel is attached to the rear portion of a top board of a desk to stand, for blocking the visual fields of sitting persons.

Abstract: A connecting pin includes a head and a body having a first end connected to the head. The body includes an underside having at least one surface arranged on a first plane parallel to a longitudinal direction. The body also includes a nose at a second end, the nose having an lower surface that extends upwardly and outwardly from the body underside. The body further includes an inclined surface extending to from an upper surface of the nose in the direction of the head.

Abstract: The invention relates to a table construction comprising a frame (2) which is provided with at least four base-struts (20) which form at least one table area (T1,T2), which are in contact in pairs in the corner regions of the frame (2) and which are connected together by means of corner angles (27) which are used as binders. Feet (3) can be mounted in a detachable manner onto the frame (2). The frame (2) is covered, corresponding to the number and the shape of table areas (T1,T2), with configured table plates (1) which are adapted in order to form work surfaces. The corner angles (27) have two lateral limbs which are arranged at a right angle in relation to each other and which receive the displaced ends of the base struts (20). The top ends of the feet (3) supporting the frame (2) are also fixed to the corner angles (27). Bridge pieces are provided in order to expand the frame (2), said bridge pieces connecting the base struts (20) in pairs and arranging them in a line.

Abstract: A portable, easily assembled and disassembled three-legged stool or stool kit includes a seat with a quick-release leg-fastening assembly, three legs having keyhole slots to engage with the quick-release leg-fastening assembly, and a substantially planar leg bracket oriented below and parallel with the seat that has three symmetrically-oriented elongated slots to receive and orient the legs. At least one of the legs has multiple, spaced-apart sets of opposing grooves for supporting a removable, cantilevered platform such as a footrest or a drink holder. When assembled, the legs are oriented in a structurally strong and rigid fashion to support the seat.

Abstract: A folding table is provided that includes four legs, a top and two side panels. Two lateral tubes are fixed to those legs and the top is comprised of multiple planks connected with ropes. Locking bolts are respectively provided in the vicinity of each end of each of the lateral tubes. A pin protrudes from below each end of two of the outermost planks of the top. A step is provided in each side panel, and a connection hole and a locking hole are each provided in the vicinity of each end of each step. The connection hole is provided to secure the side panel to the legs and the locking hole is provided to receive a corresponding pin from a respective outermost plank to lock the planks to the side panel, so that the ends of each plank of the top are all butted with the step of the side panels.

Abstract: A bed support for use with box springs is disclosed which consists of a plate member for fixture to a box springs and a leg. The plate member has a relatively large threaded bore through the center to threadably receive a threaded leg portion extending downwardly from the plate member. The leg portion includes an enlarged foot having a smooth bottom.

Abstract: A bar rail comfort tray that includes a flat rectangular-shaped tray portion, a pair of short front legs, and a pair of long rear legs. The flat rectangular-shaped tray portion has a pair of skewed front corners and a pair of skewed rear corners. Each of the pair of short front legs extend downwardly from each of the pair of skewed front corners of the flat rectangular-shaped tray portion and have a shaped free end. Abstract: A chair has four legs. Pairs of legs are connected by a crossbar to form two leg assemblies. Both legs assemblies are in turn connected by a pre-torqued resilient brace, which is joined to each leg assembly by a wedge joint. The torque in the brace tends to hold the joint together.

Abstract: A desk/table top is attached to a support structure without the need of separate tools by use of a manually operable attachment mechanism that is mounted on the underside of the top. The attachment mechanism includes a latching lever mounted for pivotal movement and a pair of clamp levers mounted for horizontal linear motion toward and away from one another in response to pivotal motion of the latching lever. The clamp levers include portions which are adapted to extend into openings in hollow tubes that comprise cross beams in the support structure when the top is fixedly attached to the support structure.

Abstract: A shelving system includes a generally rectangular planar shelf member with truncated corners and a removable corner structure is provided at each such corner for supporting the shelf on a vertical corner post. The corner structure has a non-corroding rigid insert for supporting the shelf, and a non-corroding housing member is integrally formed about the rigid insert. Each corner structure is adapted to be secured to one truncated corner by a clamping bar and screw fasteners, and a tapered bore in the corner structure cooperates with a complementary sleeve having a frustoconical outer surface to securely mount the corner structure on the vertical support member.

Abstract: A knockdown table or the like consisting of four legs of L-shaped cross section and top and bottom invertible pan assemblies which when in one position form a tray or in the other position form a shelf. Each of the pan assemblies is provided with outside corner straps which may snugly receive the legs. The legs are provided with lower abutment means which support the bottom pan assembly when assembled, the lower abutment means in turn receiving the shank of a caster wheel assembly. The top tray is provided with a flange like structure along the edges of its sidewalls which flange like structure extends from one corner at another of each sidewall and which may rest on top of the legs when the top pan assembly is in its tray position.

Abstract: A furniture assembly, such as a knock-down work station, desk or table, which may be easily assembled without the use of tools. The furniture assembly comprises a table top, a pair of I-shaped leg members, and a modesty panel which are interfitted and attached together to form a rigid furniture unit. The table top has secured thereto a pair of elongated metal channel-shaped members depending from the bottom surface of the table-top and having a plurality of slots therein into which are inserted tabs secured to the leg members for suspending said leg members from said table top. The panel is formed with side and end panels which abut opposing surfaces of the leg members when the panel is assembled, to hold said leg members from movement. Assembly is completed by insertion of snap fastening elements into registering apertures in the leg members and panel flanges.

Abstract: A knock-down shelving unit comprising a plurality of rectangular sheet metal shelves supported by vertical posts having a substantially rectangular cross-section, but in two adjacent corners being provided with groove-like deformations with spaced holes to secure the shelves in selected levels by means of screws. Each shelf has box-like flange portions in the adjoining open ends of which are inserted protecting plastics plates interconnected by a flexible central portion with a guide opening for a screw to be screwed through a mounting device extending obliquely between the two flange portions near the ends thereof.
