Abstract: A pallet for storing and transporting goods by a load platform supported by a plurality of parallel supports and formed of sheet metal, as are these latter, characterised in that:-the supports (4) are tubular-the supports and at least those platform portions which connect the supports together are formed from a single metal sheet,-the lower surface of the platform comprises a ribbed panel (6)-cut-out holes (24) are provided in the side walls of the tubular supports for the passage of a fork of a lifting means, each cut-out hole being bounded at least upperly by a strip of the support side wall,-the lower surface of the platform (2) is provided with reinforcement elements positioned between said supports and said platform at said cut-out holes.

Abstract: The invention relates to a pallet (16) for a pallet container (10) for storing and for transporting liquid contents, in particular flammable or hazardous contents. The pallet (16) has an upper deck (18) made of profiled sheet steel and a substructure (20) comprising a plurality of plastic feet (24, 26, 30, 32, 34) or runners (36, 38) and is provided with corresponding means which earth it electrically overall. In order to ensure a reliable electrical discharge (electrical grounding) of, for example, electrostatic charging, accompanied by the properties of a high resistance to mechanical loading, fewer than half the plastic feet (24, 26, 30, 32, 34) or runners (36, 38), according to the present invention, are made of plastic material which is electrically conductive and more than half the plastic feet (24, 26, 30, 32, 34) or runners (36, 38) are made of plastic material which is not electrically conductive.

Abstract: A pallet includes a base plate of cantilever construction and legs of metal, particularly as an underframe for pallet containers for transporting and for storing liquids in an inner container of synthetic material standing on the base plate of the pallet, and an outer casing composed of a grid structure or sheet metal material attached to the base plate. The base plate and the legs of the pallet are manufactured as a single piece from a sheet metal plate as the initial material by deformation, particularly by deep-drawing and/or pressing or by hydroforming.
