Abstract: A two-piece multi-functional tray table cover is configured with a flexible sleeve and water-resistant prop-up tray to simultaneously provide a hygienic barrier to the tray table's surface, and a dedicated play, work, or otherwise use area for a user to place their toys, drinks, food, etc. The sleeve is comprised of a spandex material to enable a user to stretch the fabric around various-sized tray tables to accommodate different manufacturers, airlines, etc. The sleeve has a hook and loop fastener, such as Velcro®, on the top side, which attaches to a corresponding hook and loop fastener on the prop-up tray. In addition, the bottom side of the sleeve, opposite the top side with the hook and look fastener, has at least a pocket with a transparent window that enables a user to view a computing device's screen or other contents.

Abstract: A grill cover is configured to be utilized with a grill having a metallic component, the grill cover includes a cover body, a magnetic fastener, and a secondary fastener. The cover body presents an outer edge disposed along a bottom side and a cover void therein configured to receive the grill therein. The magnetic fastener and the secondary fastener are each secured to the cover body. The magnetic fastener is configured to provide a magnetic force to keep the magnetic fastener selectively secured to the metallic component of the grill so as to keep the cover body in place around the grill therein. The secondary fastener is configured to reduce a cross-sectional area of the cover void so as to prevent the grill cover from being removed from the grill while the secondary fastener is emplaced.

Abstract: A multi-tiered surgical table and a fitted drape for the table are disclosed. The table has a pair of table tops: a rearward, inclined top at a first elevation and a forward top at a lower second elevation. The drape has top panels corresponding in shape to the table tops, with a step panel therebetween to accommodate the change in elevation. The drape is provided, front, top and rear with receptacles for fluids and waste materials and pockets for surgical supplies such as sponges.

Abstract: Disclosed is an equipment for receiving surgical materials and/or liquid products for a surgical procedure. The equipment includes: a tray with a top face; and a tight surface film intended to be removably attached to the top face of the tray in order to form a sterile upper surface that is intended to receive the surgical materials and/or liquid products. The top face of the tray includes at least one recess, and the tight surface film, attached to the tray, forms at least one pocket extending inside the at least one recess and adapted to receive at least one of the surgical materials and/or liquid products.

Abstract: An apparatus for positioning an electronic display can be combined with an existing work surface to provide a multi-position workstation. In some cases, the apparatus includes a mounting portion configured to support an electronic display and a keyboard. The mounting portion may be movable with respect to the work surface between multiple positions, including for example, a sitting position and a standing position.

Abstract: A blow-molded unitary structure includes a panel having upper and lower panel surfaces and a ridge extending downward beyond the lower panel surface. The ridge includes a first side surface, a second side surface, and a lower ridge surface joined with the first side and second side surfaces of the ridge. The ridge further includes a plurality of depressions formed at one or more of the first side surface, second side surface and lower ridge surface. The plurality of depressions enhances the strength of the ridge, and the ridge in turn enhances the strength of the structure.

Abstract: A table system includes a tablecloth, a table, and a table kit. The tablecloth defines an upper surface and a lower surface. The table includes a tabletop, at least one leg, and a table base. The table kit comprises various components, including a plurality of tabs and a drawstring. Each tab defines a conduit, and each tab is connected to the lower surface of the tablecloth. The drawstring extends through each of the plurality of tabs. In use, the plurality of tabs are gathered towards the at least one leg by tension applied to the drawstring, and ends of the drawstring are tied together to secure the tablecloth to the table.

Abstract: The present disclosure provides for a protective covering, which includes a cover portion, an elongated piece of fabric, a first coupling mechanism, and a second coupling mechanism. The cover portion is for a seat cushion. The elongated piece of fabric extends from the cover portion. The first coupling mechanism couples the cover portion to a first end of the elongated piece of fabric. The second coupling mechanism is configured to couple the cover portion to a second end of the elongated piece of fabric.

Abstract: The bed sheet tensioning system is configured for use with a bed. The bed comprises a mattress, a box spring, and a sheet. The bed sheet tensioning system mounts in the box spring. The bed sheet tensioning system attaches to the perimeter of the sheet at two or more locations. The bed sheet tensioning system applies a tension to the sheet as the sheet is placed over the mattress. The bed sheet tensioning system comprises a plurality of tensioning devices, a plurality of cords, a plurality of clips, a plurality of grommets, and a control circuit. The plurality of cords and clips secure the sheet to the tensioning device. The plurality of grommets protect and guide the plurality of cords through the box spring. The control circuit independently controls the operation of each of the plurality of tensioning devices.

The table system also includes connection bars located beneath the table surface that also have substantially the same curved or linear shape as the side surfaces.

Abstract: A table cover system with an affixed garbage bag on one end. The table cover can be unrolled onto a table top with the garbage bag unrolled on one end of the cover. This allows for rubbish to be easily and quickly disposed of from the top of the table. The table cover can also be rolled over all remaining rubbish and garbage and stuffed into the garbage bag for easy disposal. The top face of the table cover can include printed elements, such as interactive games, team logos, or icons or characters from popular movies and television. Other options would include menus, schedules, or meeting information which may be printed directly to the table cover or attached after the cover is placed.

Abstract: Apparatus and methods related to an underbody support for supporting a body of a being, such as during surgery to prevent contact pressure injuries. In certain embodiments, the underbody support may include one or more inflatable chambers enclosing a volume. At least one of the inflatable chambers may include one or more compression sensitive switches for monitoring the volume of the inflatable chamber, and the one or more compression sensitive switches may be located within the inflatable chamber. In some embodiments the one or more compression sensitive switches are sized to close when the said inflatable chamber is deflated to a desired residual volume.

Abstract: A variable height platform system comprises a frame assembly, at least two leg assemblies, a drive mechanism, and a sensor. The frame assembly is configured to support and be removably connected to a tabletop. The drive mechanism is configured to either extend or retract each leg assembly in a direction substantially perpendicular to the longitudinal axis to set a height of the frame assembly in an elevated position for use. The sensor is configured to sense position and movement of a user in a predetermined area including an area of the variable height platform system and an area proximate the variable height platform system. The controller is operatively connected to the sensor and drive mechanism. The controller is configured to operate the drive mechanism in response to the sensor sensing the position and movement of the user in the predetermined area.

Abstract: Various implementations include an extended repeated-use table cover device. The device includes a roller, a non-silicone mat, an enclosure, a table mount, and a winding mechanism. An outer surface of the roller is coupled to a first mat end such that rotation of the roller about a roller axis causes the mat to wind around the outer surface of the roller. An outer surface of the enclosure defines an opening extending from the outer surface to a cavity defined by an inner surface of the enclosure. The roller is disposed within the cavity, and the mat is extendable through the opening. The cavity is fillable with a cleaning liquid. The winding mechanism is for rotating the roller from an extended position to a retracted position. The mat is durable enough to be used for at least three months under expected standard use without needing to be replaced.

The first side face of the first panel is coupled to one of the pair of side faces in the second panel, and the second side face of the first panel is coupled to another one of the pair of side faces in the second panel to form a connected panel assembly. The connected panel assembly is disposed around the furniture member so that the pair of panels conform to and extend along the perimeter of the furniture member.

A first decorative image is displayed on at least the first surface. A first coupling member is disposed on the first surface adjacent to the first edge. A second coupling member is disposed on the second surface adjacent to the second edge. The second coupling member is complimentary to the first coupling member and is engagable with the first coupling member so that when the flexible substrate is wrapped around the artificial tree pole, the first coupling member will be secured to the second coupling member. As a result, a portion of the artificial tree pole will be hidden behind the first decorative image.

Abstract: An article for protecting a countertop surrounding a sink is comprised of at least a top layer of absorbent material, capable of absorbing liquids, and a water-resistant layer. The article has at least three primary segments: one bottom, transverse segment, and two side segments generally arranged in a “U” shape and defining an opening between them. The width of the article is adjustable to fit sinks of different widths or diameters. To make the article narrower, a portion of the bottom, transverse segment is folded and fastened with at least one manually releasable fastener that has been previously affixed to the bottom transverse segment.

Abstract: A patient monitoring and repositioning system (10a) includes a mattress (26), a sheet (16) residing on an upper surface of the mattress (26), a housing (29) containing a drive mechanism (28), and a sensor (20) adapted to sense a position of a patient (22) resting on the mattress (26). The drive mechanism (28) is operable to pull the sheet (16) and thereby pull the patient (22) resting thereon. The housing (29) receives the sheet (16) through a slot (54). In the event that the patient (22) is in an undesirable position on the mattress (26) as detected by the sensor (20), a controller (24) directs the drive mechanism (28) to pull the sheet (16) so as to pull the patient thereon from the undesirable position to a desirable, predetermined position. The controller (24) may direct the drive mechanism (28) automatically or indicate the undesirable position to a caregiver so that the caregiver may direct the drive mechanism (28) accordingly.

Each curved portion merges with one of an upright front wall, an upright back wall, an upright left side wall, and an upright right side wall. The walls terminate at a generally flat rectangular bottom parallel to the top surface portion. Each wall curves to merge with an adjacent wall. Each of the left and right side walls has an outwardly open vertical recess therein adjacent the front wall to receive within each recess one of a pair of shoulder stops projecting from the carriage.

Abstract: A retractable tray is configured to be mounted on the wall of the basket of a shopping cart and includes a tray member that is moveable between a retracted position, where the tray member is located adjacent the wall of the basket, and an extended position, where the tray extends horizontally from the wall into the basket to form a shelf for supporting produce or other goods above the bottom of the basket. The retractable tray may be configured and dimensioned so as to not interfere with nesting of the cart in either the extended or retracted position.

Abstract: The disclosed pads are engaged with dumpster supports to spread the weight of the dumpster over a large surface area and provide a relatively soft ground contact interface to prevent damage to paved surfaces on which the dumpster may be placed. The pads define a cavity complementary to the dumpster support and may be affixed to the support by straps or fasteners. The pads can be constructed of flexible material and distorted to open the cavity to receive the support, then relaxed to grip the support. The pads have a ground contact surface greater than a contact surface of the dumpster support and may include grooves in the ground contact surface.

Abstract: A two-part tray apparatus that includes a base tray having a desk surface for drawing and writing and a food tray having four food compartments. A resilient bottom of the base tray may rest on a lap. The food tray is nestable into the base tray and is nonslideable relative to the base tray. The base tray includes a proximal side with no upwardly extending walls to make it easy for a child to write or draw on the desk surface. Strap units are included to anchor opposite ends of the tray apparatus or may be connected to each other to form a full length shoulder strap.

The securing straps and securing envelope provide tension across the flexible support material to provide a rigidly supported substantially horizontal surface where a caregiver can change a diaper or clothes of the infant or small child.

Abstract: A table expander is provided. The table expander includes a table top. The table top includes a top surface, a bottom surface and an outer edge. The table expander further includes a plurality of clamps attached to the bottom surface of the table top. The clamps may be oriented near the outer edge of the table top and may be equidistant to one another. The present invention may include two, three or four clamps. The table top may be placed on a table so that the clamps are surrounding the edges of the table. The clamps may be secured to the table, thereby securing the table top to the table.

Abstract: A cover of rigid planar configuration is designed for removable placement on the open top of a wheelbarrow for complete closing thereof to protect materials that are oftentimes contained therein from environmental damage. In particular, curable materials such as cement, mortar and the like will begin to cure if left unattended for more than short periods of time and this problem is particularly troublesome in dry climates. The cover is provided with a depending lip for engaging the sides of the wheelbarrow to prevent the cover from siding movement on the wheelbarrow, and tie-down devices can be used to releasably secure the cover on the wheelbarrow. In addition to protecting the contents of the wheelbarrow, the planar surface of the cover can provide a convenient work surface of use on a job site.

The table top extension includes at least first and second planar panel sections each having a first, inner peripheral edge and a second, outer peripheral edge. The first, inner peripheral edges include interlocking tongue and groove structure such that the first, inner peripheral edges can be locked together to form the table top extension having a combined table top area defined by at least the first and second planar panel sections. The second, outer peripheral edges of the first and second planar panel sections align to form an outer peripheral edge of the table top extension when the first and second panel sections are locked together with the interlocking tongue and groove structure.

Abstract: An adjustable desk apparatus includes an auxiliary work surface that is movable between a sitting configuration and a standing configuration. When in the sitting configuration, the auxiliary work surface is located adjacent to a primary work surface of an existing desk so as to accommodate working while sitting. When in the standing configuration, the auxiliary work surface is upwardly displaced from the primary work surface of the existing desk so as to accommodate working while standing. The adjustable desk apparatus also includes a base member that interfaces with the existing desk. An adjustment assembly includes at least one counterweight and corresponding counterweight sprockets configured to selectively urge the auxiliary work surface toward the standing configuration when actuated by a user. A pin couples the auxiliary work surface to the base member so as to hold the auxiliary work surface at a desired location.

Abstract: A portable work surface for use with a vehicle having an extendable rear gate, wherein the rear gate includes first and second latches for securing the rear gate to the body of the vehicle when in a closed position, and wherein the portable work surface includes an elongated platform; a first mounting apparatus attached to one end of the elongated platform, wherein the first mounting apparatus further includes a bracket and pin assembly; a second mounting apparatus attached to the opposite end of the elongated platform, wherein the second mounting apparatus further includes a bracket and pin assembly; and wherein each pin is adapted to cooperate with one of the latches on the rear gate for securely attaching the work surface to the gate when the gate is in the open position.

The desktop elevator is positioned on a support surface and is provided with left, right, front and back frame members orthogonally attached to one another end to end. A platform is vertically adjustable to and from the support employing front and back rotatable brace members positioned on opposing frame members. The brace members together with channels, cutouts, locking pins and locking arms, enable the platform to be selectively distanced from the support upon moving the platform to and from it when locking latches are disengaged from the locking pins, the platform being drawn to and remaining adjacent to the support when pressure is supplied to the platform toward said support.

Abstract: A pallet cap for covering and connecting with at least one existing pallet includes a reinforced platform having a flat top surface and a bottom surface opposite the top surface. Four vertical, peripheral edges connect the top and bottom surfaces. Three or more of the edges form at least one edge extension continuing outward from the reinforced platform, and at least one edge notch proximate the edge extension and recessed from the edge extension. At least one notched corner is formed by distal edge extensions of edges meeting perpendicular to one another. A plurality of retaining walls extend downward from the bottom surface of the platform and define the edge notches, proximate a junction of the platform and the edge extensions, for securing the pallet cap over a shipping pallet. Multiple caps may be connected to form an expandable raised flooring system or other structures.

Abstract: A platform configured to be raised above a surface comprising a platform surface, and a base a lift configured to lift the platform above a surface. This lift can comprise a scissor lift comprising a first set of legs that are substantially U-shaped, and a second set of legs that are substantially U-shaped. This first set of legs and the second set of legs are coupled together via an axle, wherein the first set of legs are rotatable vs. the second set of legs.
