Multiple trays are disposed on a rotating mechanism to move a selected tray from a position near the first party, such as an employee at a food service, and a second party, such as the customer. Subsequently, the tray can be moved linearly outward toward the second party to thereby position goods within reach of the second party without the need for close proximity or contact between the parties.

The frame assembly includes a first open end disposed at an exterior of the building, and an opposite second open end disposed at an interior of the building. A drawer assembly, which defines a storage area configured to receive deliverables, is slidingly coupled to the frame assembly and slidable between (i) a closed position where the drawer assembly is nested within the frame assembly to prevent access to the storage area from the building exterior, and enable access from the building interior and (ii) an open position where the drawer assembly is extended outwardly from the frame assembly to enable access to the storage area from the building exterior.

Abstract: A method performed by a processor of a financial institution computing system includes allowing an account holder at the financial institution to initiate a transaction with the financial institution remotely (e.g., via smartphone app, online banking portal, etc.), by submitting a request for a branch of the financial institution to provide the specified transaction to the account holder's vehicle upon arrival of the account holder. The pickup and completion of the account holder requested transaction occurs in a designated spot near the financial institution's branch location and from the convenience of the account holder's vehicle. The curbside service alleviates the uncertainty and fluctuating time cost to engage in transactions at a branch of a financial institution by providing an account holder with a user interface to make a transaction request that will be ready to complete when the account holder arrives at the chosen time.

Abstract: A retractable docking platform and parcel receptacle apparatus for delivery drones, including one or more telescopic sliding platform panels; adapted to slide between an extended position and a retracted position wherein in operation, a parcel can be delivered by a drone to the extended platform and on completion of delivery, the platform and parcel are retracted into the building for collection from a secure receptacle. The operation can be coordinated through a wireless system via remote signals sent by the drone and/or a drone operation center which also records addresser and addressee details and information including time of delivery, mass and scanned information to verify delivery. The platform can also communicate with the drone to verify its identity for secure delivery. The platform may send delivery confirmation to the customer receiving a parcel.

Abstract: An automated teller machine (“ATM”) is described. The ATM can be provided with an interface area which includes a display unit and one or more sensors. The display unit can move relative to the interface area so that the display is better accessible for a user of the ATM. For example, the display can make translational or rotational movements, e.g., telescoping movements. The ATM can include a sensor which can detect an object, a location for the object and a distance from the object. Using this information, the ATM can move or guide the display in a direction which makes the display more accessible for the user.

Abstract: A safety container having a liner disposed within an outer container. The liner includes a liner box removably coupled to a liner lid. The liner box has a liner floor with upwardly extending liner walls. In a first closed state the liner lid is positioned such that the liner lid engages the liner walls. The liner lid is removable from the liner walls in a first open state. The outer container box is slidingly coupled to the outer container lid through openings at opposing ends of the outer container lid. In a second closed state the outer container box and liner are enclosed by the outer container lid. The outer container box is slidably removed at least partially from the outer container lid to a second open state while the liner is configured to the first open state.

The device may be configured to rotate the security bar to align the first slot and the second slot. Abstract: Method and apparatus for a transparent rollout pantry organizing system for kitchen cabinets that is comprised of three-sections having at least two rollout shelf units that are constructed of planar clear sheet material that is cut and fused together to form a rigid structural shape with shelves having heavy duty drawer guides fastened to the rollout unit which can be extended out of the pantry cabinet so that items can be easily accessed, and having at least one pair of side by side drawers above the rollout units along with at least one larger drawer below also being made of clear material used for the rollout units. A free-standing interior frame is used to support the upper side by side drawers. By using clear material, items on upper shelves can be seen through the drawer bottoms, and by using the drawers in pairs, items on upper drawers at the rear of the drawer can be easily accessed by extending one drawer at a time and reaching over the sides.

The security flap can be adapted with a small contents tray to facilitate transactions involving the exchange of money or credit cards. To facilitate transactions which may require deeper transaction drawers, the transaction drawer may be adapted with an interior partition to compartmentalize a relatively deep drawer, whereby relatively larger, bulky items are conveyed in the deeper compartment and smaller articles are conveyed in the shallow compartment.

The door is locked by the engagement of a first member (36) in a first notch portion (24) of the slot. The door is unlocked by an actuator (46) which upon the receipt of an electrical signal moves the first member into a central portion (28) of the slot. In this position the door may be manually moved to a fully open position by a user. In the open position the actuator urges the first member into a second notch portion (26), which releasably holds the door in the open position. In the open position envelopes stored in the machine may be accessed. From the open position the door can either be manually closed or automatically closed by the cessation of the electrical signal which enables a spring (44) to move the first member to the central portion of the slot.

The first and second transmission assemblies cooperate to maintain the carrier at a constant angular position relative the drawer frame.

The door includes a pair of flanges which block access to the slot from the front opening when the door is open or partially open.

Abstract: A security case adapted to be disposed on a counter of a bank, which comprises a housing having at least one security closet at its upper portion and aligned front and rear openings at the front side and at the rear side of the lower portion of the housing. At least one rotary container is mounted in the housing between the front and rear openings for rotation about a vertical axis, and is provided with an opening to allow banking documents access to the container, the container conveying the documents from the front side to the rear side of the counter. A transparent cover is disposed for covering a portion of the openings of the housing for allowing a view to the front side from the rear side of the counter.
