Abstract: A hygienic pet conservative band includes a patch, a lengthwise band and two lateral bands. The patch covers on the waist and the bottom of a pet, and the lengthwise band is connected with the patch and the two lateral bands are connected laterally with the lengthwise band, Then the pet band can be worn on the body of a pet, with the patch completely hiding the sexual organ of a pet, not liable to loosen off in spite of movement of the pet and preventing the pet from being coupled undesirably to get pregnant, also having good ventilation.

Abstract: A unisex protective garment worn by both male and female animals, particularly dogs, the garment having a first forward harness portion and a rear genitalia protection portion. The rear portion includes a woven vinyl mesh material covering both the male genitalia and the female genitalia, in the same unisex garment, which would allow fluid flow, such as urine therethrough, but would prevent contact between male and female genitalia. This garment, when worn by either a male of female dog, would allow the dog to urinate and defecate, but would not allow the dog to copulate with the opposite sex.

Abstract: A receptacle assembly for receiving and retaining discharge of body waste of a canine, comprising a strap assembly and a bag assembly. The strap assembly is designed to securely mount upon the body of a canine such as a dog and comprises multiple means for securing it to the canine. The bag assembly is shaped in a form resembling a pear and is made of plastic. The bag assembly comprises exterior and interior walls joined by side pleats for expansion of the bag assembly when filled with fecal matter of the canine.

The harness may include a tail strap passing above the animal's tail, a leg strap passing below the anus, back straps passing over the back and connecting the tail and leg straps adjacent the anal region, a chest strap joined to the back straps and encircling the chest, leg loops joined to the leg strap encircling an upper thigh portion of the hind legs, and leg braces joining the back straps to the leg loops. A plurality of fastening devices are positioned on the harness for fastening a collection bag adjacent the animal's anal region. The leg loops may be at least partially formed by a distinct, continuous strip that forms at least part of a respective back strap. The back straps may overlap between the tail and chest straps.

Abstract: A body excrement collection device for domestic animals such as a dog is shown. It includes a harness for mounting to the body of the animal and it has a bracket located juxtaposed to the animal's anus. A disposable collection bag is removably mounted to the bracket for collecting the excrement. A urine collection bag is also removably mounted to the harness for collecting urine discharge from a male animal. The waste collection bags are further retained in place with fixed pouches located adjacent to the mounting of the bags. The pouches provide safe protection to the bags as well as support of the weight bags when they are filled. A back flow preventing valve is provide in the urine collection bag to prevent spillage of the urine.

Abstract: The present invention provides a method and apparatus for collecting urine from a female quadruped, the apparatus comprising a urine collector having: a urine receptacle having a urine inlet for receiving urine; a support member for supporting the receptacle, the support member locatable to bridge the buttocks of the quadruped adjacent to and below the vulva thereof and generally conforming to the shape of the rump to thereby resist lateral displacement; wherein the receptacle is supported by the support member so that the urine inlet is proximate to and substantially surrounds the periphery of the urethra.

Abstract: The pouch has an elongated mouth for gaining access to the interior of the pouch and a zipper for opening and closing the mouth. One or more cords have loops which extend outwardly from the top of the pouch. A toggle is attached to each cord for increasing and decreasing the size of the loop. The pouch is attached to a leash by first, passing the leash through the opening in each loop and secondly, by tightening the loops around the leash by means of the toggles in order to affix the pouch tightly to the leash so that the pouch does not move on the leash. A cord may also be attached to the handle of the leash should it be difficult to stop the pouch from sliding on the leash.

Two horizontal tie-belts, one end of which is separately connected to the two flanks of the vertical tie-belt, while the free end of which has hooks for hooking into the rabbets in bag frames. Thus, the bag can be fixed to the dog's buttocks. The opening of the frame is placed against dog's anus to receive excreta. Such unit can enhance environment protection and sanitation conditions.

The collection device would comprise an inner bag and an outer bag, with the inner bag being emptied when full. The inner bag would be located inside the outer bag, with both the inner bag and the outer bag being placed over a horse's rear end in order to properly collect fecal matter emitted by the horse. Further, the outer bag would be connected to a rear strap, with the rear strap being connected to a series of other straps which would permit the present invention to be removably mounted onto a horse.

Abstract: An excrement catching device for a dog wherein the dog has a tail, a rear end and a stomach portion. The device comprises a receptacle sized and configured to be placeable over the rear end of the dog. The receptacle has a rear portion and a forward portion for attachment of a stomach strap and a tail strap. The tail strap is placeable over the tail of the dog and attached to the rear portion of the receptacle. The tail strap is operative to secure the receptacle to the tail of the dog. The stomach strap is placeable over the stomach portion of the dog and attached to the forward portion of the receptacle. The stomach strap is operative to secure the receptacle adjacent to the stomach of the dog. Accordingly the stomach strap and the tail strap position the receptacle in a location whereat the receptacle may catch the excrement of the dog.

Abstract: A device for attaching to a pet and capturing feces and urine therefrom that includes an adjustable collar, an adjustable harness, a feces receptacle, and a urine receptacle. The collar releasably and adjustably encircles the neck of the pet. The adjustable harness is releasably attached to the adjustable collar and replaceably engages the pet. The feces receptacle is detachably mounted to the adjustable harness and is disposed below and captures the feces from the anus of the pet. The urine receptacle is separate from the feces receptacle and is detachably mounted to the adjustable harness and is disposed in proximity of and captures urine from the genitals of the pet.

Abstract: A bird diaper for an uncaged pet bird to wear, featuring an enclosed pouch for receiving and containing excrement, and apertures to accommodate both the wings and the tail of the bird. Elastic straps and hook and loop fastener components (e.g., VELCRO) secure the diaper onto the body of the pet bird without restricting movement. The bird diaper is fabricated from spandex (e.g., LYCRA) or another stretchable, lightweight material, allowing absorption of bird excrement to prevent leaks and facilitating easy cleaning using soap and water. The bird diaper can incorporate decorative designs, bright colors and is available in different sizes. The bird diaper also has a leash which is insertable within the hook and loop fasteners. The leash serves to restrain or limit the bird's area of free flight.

Abstract: A harness-type device is disclosed for collecting the waste products of an animal, such as a dog. The harness includes a collection bag which is in appropriate contact with the animal's body when the harness is worn to collect all the waste products. Several embodiments are shown which, preferably, may include i) flexible straps for comfortably retaining the harness, ii) adjustment according to the size of the animal, and iii) a strap which encircles the tail.

Abstract: A device, for taking care of a dog's dung simply and smartly while the dog is walked, includes a harness which can be mounted easily removably on a dog by being pushed from the dog's back onto the dog's waist or hips. A dung bag is fitted to the harness in such a manner that the bag faces the dog's anus. Therefore, the device is simple to mount on a dog and the dung is easily received by the bag.
