Abstract: An assembly for an internal combustion engine may include an intake module of a fresh air system for supplying fresh air to at least one combustion chamber of the internal combustion engine and an attachment part attached to the intake module in a joining direction. The intake module may include at least one retaining surface facing away from the attachment part. The attachment part may include at least one counter retaining surface facing away from the intake module. At least one reinforcing element may be disposed between the intake module and the attachment part and may interact with the at least one retaining surface and the at least one counter retaining surface. The at least one retaining element may be moveable in a movement direction extending transverse to the joining direction between a releasing position and a securing position.

Abstract: A powered cutter for strap includes a housing, a power supply mounted to the housing, a motor positioned at least in part in the housing and a drive train operably connected to the motor. A cutting head includes a plunger, a cutting blade operably mounted to the plunger, a hold-down biasedly mounted to the plunger, a foot and a shear edge. The drive train is operably connected to the plunger. The plunger moves toward the foot to move the hold-down into contact with the strap, securing the strap against the foot, and as the hold-down secures the strap, the cutting blade contacts and cuts the strap at the shear edge.

The noise prevention net has a net portion for reducing noise volume and defines at least one opening outside of the net portion in a radial direction in the cross section of the air intake pathway such that the opening is positioned along or near an inner wall of the conducting pipe.
