Cooking Stoves Patents (Class 126/222)
  • Patent number: 8794226
Abstract: An oven muffle that has at least two wall elements adjoining each other, which delimit at least some regions of an interior space that is used as a cooking chamber. The wall elements are of a glass or a glass ceramic and the adjacent wall elements are oriented at an angle with respect to one another. In an oven muffle of this invention, along with ease of cleaning, a simple structural design is achieved if the wall elements are integrally joined to one another and constitute one formed part.

  • Patent number: 8336537
Abstract: A center burn technology for a stove or dryer for the burning of solid, loose or compressed fuels, or mixtures of fuels. The stove uses a center burn draft and combustion through the combustion material. The preferred embodiment of this stove consists of at least two bins, an outer exhaust bin and inner combustion bin. A vertically placed air core combustion tube is resting within a stabilizing support collar at the top and at the bottom the tube rests inside of a tapered apparatus. The smaller opening at the bottom of the tapered apparatus provides return gas venting and easy ash drop system to ash bin or pan below. Exhaust drafts through vents between said bins at the upper portion of the inner combustion bin. The stove provides a long efficient burn with a steady combustion temperature. The stove does not require the use of electricity.

  • Publication number: 20070277808
Abstract: A spark arresting incinerator apparatus for burning combustible solid materials without the release of hot embers or ash capable of igniting materials outside the incinerator includes a firebox to contain the combustion, a grate disposed across the bottom of the firebox to support materials to be burned, an ash box disposed below the firebox and grate and connected to the firebox, the ash box having at least one screened and shielded combustion air inlet, a generally pyramidal cupola disposed above and connected to the firebox, and a chimney disposed above and connected to the cupola for the exit of combustion gases from the incinerator. The chimney includes a plurality of baffle plates each extending partially across the interior of the chimney, with the baffle plates disposed in staggered offset relation to each other, and also preferably includes a spark arrestor connected to the top of the chimney.
