Abstract: A solar panel racking system that can include end clamps, mid clamps, bottom clamps, L-foot adapter assemblies, rails, and L-foot assemblies. The solar panel racking system minimizes the use of tools by snapping many of the mounting components in place. The end clamps, mid clamps, and bottom clamps can snap over the rail sides and lock into upper detented portions of the rail sides. The upper detented portions are structured to prevent upward movement of the end clamps, mid clamps, and bottom clamps. The L-foot adapter body of the L-foot adapter assembly snaps over lower detented portions of rail sides and secures the rail to an L-foot assembly. The end clamps, mid clamps, bottom clamps, rails, and L-foot adapter assemblies are independent of the L-foot assembly, allowing a selection of L-foot assemblies to be used as appropriate with the solar panel racking system.

Abstract: A cooker that includes a base, a fire bowl with a cooking surface on top of it and, a cover/lid or dome that rests over the cooking surface. An exemplary embodiment of the cooker can be described as a naturally fired outdoor cooker constructed of a light weight, aluminum extrusions that can be reoriented to easily create the base with a minimum number of design elements.

The woven wire mesh comprises a circumferential edge (108). The circumferential edge comprises a plurality of tabs (110). The mounting plate comprises a central opening. The burner deck is inserted through the central opening. The metal mounting plate or the metal plate structure comprises at least one ridge (112). The at least one ridge comprises at least one notch (114). Each of the tabs is positioned in a notch.

Abstract: Provided is a cooking appliance that includes an oven cavity and an oven door pivotally mounted to a front surface and configured to selectively provide access to an interior of the oven cavity. A cooktop includes a heating element and an inlet of a downdraft system exposed at a top surface of the cooking appliance. An outlet is provided through which air drawn into the downdraft system through the inlet is exhausted to an ambient environment of a room in which the cooking appliance is located. An air duct system conveys air between the inlet and the outlet, and a blower draws air from the ambient environment of the cooking appliance adjacent to the cooktop into the inlet and through the air duct system to be expelled through the outlet back into the ambient environment.

Abstract: Double oven appliances are provided. In one embodiment, a double oven appliance includes a cabinet that extends between a top portion and a bottom portion along a vertical direction, an upper cooking chamber defined adjacent the top portion of the cabinet, the upper cooking chamber including a top wall and a bottom wall spaced apart along the vertical direction, and a lower cooking chamber defined adjacent the bottom portion of the cabinet, the lower cooking chamber including a top wall and a bottom wall spaced apart along the vertical direction. The double oven appliance further includes a baking gas burner disposed adjacent the bottom wall of the upper cooking chamber and configured to heat the upper cooking chamber, at least a portion of the baking gas burner spaced from a center point of the upper cooking chamber along a lateral direction.

Abstract: This patent application relates to a burner which includes a burner head in the shape of a sleeve, under the burner head is connected with a ring gas-separating box, and in the space between the burner head and the gas-separating box there is a cylinder mixing box to mix the air and gas. Said gas-separating box has a independent center hole to bring in the air and gas inlets to bring in the gas. Several notches which are equispaced with each other and slant upwardly are set on the cylinder surface of the mixing box, while on the surface of the notches are positioned connecting holes to let the air out. Such a structure promotes the mixing process more fully of the dispersed gas and air in the slant upward notches, and the mixed flow rotates upwardly to reach the flame hole as a inversed cone frustum. Due to the full mixing of the gas and air and upward rotation of the mixed flow, the flame will burn more completely and be uneasy to be extinguished.

The oven further includes a vessel for holding solid fuel for cooking. A fire chamber in the housing is adapted for holding the solid fuel vessel. The housing includes a first movable closure at a location on the front of the housing mounted for opening and closing at a location to permit selective access to the solid fuel vessel in the fire chamber. A cooking chamber in the housing is adapted for holding food to be cooked by the oven. The housing further includes a second movable closure on the front of the housing mounted for opening and closing at a location to permit access to the cooking chamber.

Abstract: A simultaneous multiple cooking mode barbecue grill that includes a first cooking mode unit configured to prepare food in a first cooking mode, a second cooking mode unit configured to prepare food in a second cooking mode, and a supporting structure that supports the first cooking mode unit and the second cooking mode unit so that the first and second cooking mode units can be moved securely and operated simultaneously to prepare food using multiple cooking modes.

The auxiliary burner unit may be made height-adjustable, and enhances the ability of the user to view or remove the contents of a pot or pan having high side walls.

Abstract: A cooking apparatus for controlling the opening of a cover over a barbecue grill includes a motor for opening and closing the cover over the barbecue grill, with the motor connected to the cover by a coupling rod. The cooking apparatus includes, in one embodiment, a counterweight attached at the rear of the barbecue cover. The cooking apparatus also comes with a remote control for transmitting control signals to the motor. The remote control transmits start and stop signals to the motor, or alternatively, the motor operates only during the transmission of control signals to the motor. The remote control may also transmit signals to control flow of a combustible gas. The barbecue cover opener is removable from the barbecue grill. Control of the motor allows movement of the cover to stop at any point within the full range of the cover being opened or closed.

Abstract: A barbecue grill assembly is disclosed having a dual mode of operation for cooking with charcoal briquettes or with a burner element. The firebox of the grill includes a burner element near the floor thereof and an aperture in one of the sidewalls for receiving a tray member. The tray member has channels for receiving charcoal to be ignited by the gas burner and which, in its 180.degree. inverted position, acts as a shield for the burner. Positive locking is accomplished with spring-clips and by bimetallic lever arms which lock the tray in the tracks when heated.

Abstract: This invention is a grill of the type ordinarily associated with charcoal. Such grill features sloped heat reflecting sides which create smoke but will not flame up, an elongated thin, centrally disposed charcoal basket is also provided with a clean out tray therebelow. Additionally, a charcoal igniting chamber is provided which allows the charcoal to be lit through the use of newspaper type combustibles thus eliminating the need for charcoal lighter fluid and similar ignitors.
