  • Patent number: 10561171
Abstract: The present invention comprises a novel smoking and vaporizing apparatus assembly generally consisting of a storage container (14), a mouthpiece (13) and smoking pipe (12) that slides into the mouthpiece in such way that there is no air can enter the space between the mouthpiece and smoking pipe. Specifically configured frictional resistances of the apparatus allow for seamless collapsing and retraction of the smoking pipe in and out of the mouthpiece, securing the apparatus inside of the storage container without touching the hot smoking pipe, and retracting the apparatus from the lid of the container without retracting the smoking pipe from the mouthpiece. Other embodiments are described and shown.

  • Patent number: 9700691
Abstract: A flavor inhalation pipe includes a hollow cylindrical pipe body (10), a tobacco cartridge (12) accommodated, as a flavor generation cartridge, in the pipe body (10), a mouthpiece (30) coupled to the tobacco cartridge (12) and projecting from the pipe body (10), and a coupling device (40) coupling the pipe body (10) and the mouthpiece (30) to each other. The coupling device (40) has a coupling position in which the mouthpiece (30) is pressed against the pipe body (10) with a predetermined urging force to elastically coupled the two, and a release position which is assumed after the mouthpiece (30) in the coupling position is pushed into the pipe body (10) and then rotated and in which the coupling of the mouthpiece (30) to the pipe body (10) is released.

  • Patent number: 6260554
Abstract: A self-extinguishing pipe is described for use with tobacco or other smoking material. The pipe is made in two parts, a body and an endpiece, and holds a filter internally. The endpiece includes a reservoir for the tobacco or other smoking material at one end which has an adjustable base for changing the depth of the reservoir. The two-part construction and adjustable base facilitate cleaning of the pipe, replacement of the filter, and removal of ash without needing additional tools. The depth of the reservoir is adjusted by rotating an inner component of the endpiece in relation to a surrounding cowl. Various bores through the body of the pipe and the components of the endpiece communicate with each other so as to form an air passage from the smoking material to the mouth end of the pipe, thereby allowing smoke to be drawn into the user's mouth.

  • Patent number: 6073633
Abstract: The safety smoking pipe includes first and second parts telescopically receivable one within the other and rotatable relative to one another. The first part includes an elongated tube having a screen adjacent one end. The second part includes an elongated tube terminating at its proximal end in a pipe tip and having an axially extending cleaning member terminating in a cleaning head. A packing element is disposed for sliding movement along the cleaning rod. The tobacco materials are charged into the first tube, the tobacco materials adjacent the screen end are lit, and the ash being formed on the interior of the screen extinguishing the tobacco materials after a few puffs. By rotating the parts relative to one another, the cleaning head may clean the ash from the end of the pipe. By shaking the pipe screen end down, the weight repacks the tobacco material in the tube whereby the smoking materials can once again be ignited.

  • Patent number: 5875784
Abstract: A telescopically extendable holder is removably attached to the tobacco pipe and supports the tobacco pipe a desired distance from a pipe smoker. The telescopically extendable holder includes a telescoping shaft having saleable members and connection elements adapted to removably attach the distal end of the telescoping shaft to the tobacco pipe in parallel to the stem of the pipe. The telescopically extendable holder is also adapted to support a cigar or a cigarette. A pocket clip is provided for clipping the holder to the apparel of the smoker. When disassembled, the connecting elements may be kept in the handle attached to a proximal end of the telescopic shaft.

  • Patent number: 5778896
Abstract: A pipe for use in smoking tobacco including a hollow stem having a mouth end structured as a small tool socket for grasping nuts and bolt heads, and for holding a removable screw driver rod. A tobacco bowl at the opposite end of the stem includes a sidewall defining an open mouth with the sidewall structured as a tool socket. The pipe can be stored by insertion into an elongated tubular hollow housing having a relatively large tool socket at one end, and a smaller tool socket at the opposite end in a sidewall of the housing. In a sidewall of the housing adjacent to the smaller socket is a receiving notch with inward extending lips. The pipe bowl extends 90 degrees to the stem and includes multiple grooves on its exterior surface to allow the bowl to be inserted into and grasped by the receiving notch lips to define a generally L-shaped or T-shaped overall tool shape for grasping by hand for use of the included sockets and screw driver.
