Abstract: A vehicle door opening and closing control system may include an antenna provided at a vehicle, the antenna being configured to wirelessly communicate with a user's mobile device to recognize the location of the user's mobile device, a door opening and closing device configured to open or close a door of the vehicle, a rain sensor configured to detect a rainy weather state outside the vehicle, and a controller configured to control the operation of the door opening and closing device based on the location of the mobile device recognized by the antenna or the rainy weather state outside the vehicle detected by the rain sensor.

Abstract: A bed cover for a vehicle that may be deployed electromechanically, either on demand or automatically, when a vehicle operator so desires, when predetermined weather conditions are detected, when the vehicle reaches a predetermined speed or experiences predetermined operating conditions, and/or when predetermined aerodynamic drag conditions are detected. The bed cover is deployable from a stowed configuration to one or more use configurations. These use configurations may include a traditional horizontal bed cover and/or an angled “cap-style” bed cover, with the angled bed cover providing enhanced aerodynamic drag reduction characteristics. A vehicle control module and camera, sensor, and/or stop trigger are used to ensure that is safe to deploy and use the bed cover, without negatively impacting an item, animal, or person present in the bed or rear cargo space of the vehicle.

Abstract: Disclosed herein is a landscaping machine that includes a protective rollover bar having a left bar portion extending from a left side of an operator seat, a top bar portion extending from the left bar portion above the operator seat, and a right bar portion extending from the top bar portion to a right side of the operator seat. The landscaping machine further includes an elongated rotatable member affixed to the protective rollover bar, the elongated rotatable member extending from the left bar portion to the right bar portion. The landscaping machine further includes a covering system attached to the elongated rotatable member configured to be rolled and unrolled with rotation of the elongated rotatable member. Further disclosed is a landscaping machine cover attachable to a landscaping machine, and a method of use thereof.

The outer edge is attached to the retractable reels of the retractable tube. The inner edge is attached to the pulling rod. The front edge connects front portions of the inner and outer edges. Abstract: An elevated floor camper tent for SUV (Sport Utility Vehicle) type vehicles having electric, hybrid or other energy-saving, lower horsepower engines and top hinged rear doors. The entire tent assembly fits inside the vehicle for aerodynamic maximization and the state-of-the-art materials minimize the total weight. A set of continuous slides provides support and, with integrated footpads, facilitates setup on hard or soft surfaces. The campers sleep within the relative safety of the vehicle and utilize the main part of the tent as a living area. The standard features, under actual test conditions, suggest the design as safe, effective and user-friendly plus the stable, framed living area having built in rail-type support braces and kick panels help prevent the users from accidents.

A pair of elongated member are attached to the rear surface of the frame for attaching it to the land vehicle.

Abstract: A retractable rain cover is attachable to a golf cart has a rigid frame extending aft from the rear roofline of a golf cart and over a golf bag carried at the rear of the cart. A flexible canopy is movable along the frame from a stowed position to a deployed position. In the stowed position the canopy is contained either rolled up in a housing along the rear roofline or is in a lay flat condition disposed within the footprint of the golf cart roof. In the deployed position the canopy extends along the frame and overlies the golf bag at the rear of the cart. Also, the canopy has a closable opening positioned to align with the upper end of the golf bag when the canopy is in a deployed position thereby permitting direct access through the deployed canopy to any golf club in the bag.

Abstract: A ventilator for a covering for a boat or other object includes a dome for covering air venting openings. The air vents are provided in a pair of oppositely disposed ventilator plates. The boat or other covering is firmly clamped between the ventilator plates by means of a nut that can be tightened by hand. The venting openings are disposed one above the other with no obstructions therebetween in order to allow for direct air transfer between the inside and the outside of the cover while preventing weather elements from entering the cover.

Abstract: An improved canopy assembly for a rearwardly extending protective canopy for a motorized golf cart of the type having a top covering the passenger seating area and an uncovered bag storage area located rearward of the seating area. The canopy assembly may be extended where the protective canopy substantially covers the cart's golf bag storage area protecting the bags from rainfall. The canopy assembly may be folded where the protective canopy is moved out of the way allowing golf clubs to be removed from the golf bags without hitting the canopy assembly. In an embodiment of the present invention, the canopy includes a releasable fastener for allowing the upper front edge of the canopy to be attached to the lower bottom edge to retain the canopy in the folded position. A protective flap is used to cover the folded canopy, protecting it from weathering elements when it is not in use.

Abstract: A full-body, self-deploying cover for a vehicle is shown. The cover consists of a fabric sheet with a sleeve formed in its periphery. Within the sleeve is an elastic rod with two free ends. The rod is foldable between an expanded state and a stored state. In the expanded state the rod outwardly tensions the periphery of the fabric sheet and forms a semi-rigid frame, with the spring tension of the rod causing the cover to self-deploy. A connector joins the ends of the elastic rod together after the cover is placed over the vehicle, with the rod beneath the vehicle's undercarriage, and the fabric sheet may be tightened securely within the perimeter of the undercarriage.
