With External Control For Correlating Valve (e.g., Manual) Patents (Class 137/118.07)
  • Patent number: 10808848
Abstract: A valve device includes: a ball valve having a ball face shaped in a convex spherical surface; and a valve seat having a seat face shaped in a concave spherical surface. The seat face is pressed onto the ball face. The ball valve is rotated to open a valve by communicating a valve opening defined in the ball valve and a seat opening defined in the valve seat with each other, and to close the valve by stop the communication. A diameter of the seat opening ?2 is smaller than a diameter of the valve opening ?1. A curvature radius of the ball face R1 is smaller than or equal to a curvature radius of the seat face is R2.

  • Patent number: 10337395
Abstract: A fluid control system may include a fluid conduit defining a fluid passage, and a fluid metering assembly in fluid communication with the fluid passage. The fluid metering assembly may include a metering valve rotatably secured within an internal chamber. An actuator may be coupled to the metering valve. A control unit may be coupled to the actuator. The control unit is configured to operate the actuator to rotate the metering valve between an open position in which fluid flows through the fluid passage and a closed position in which the fluid is prevented from flowing through the fluid passage. The control unit is configured to operate the actuator to rotate the metering valve into a pressure relief position beyond the closed position that is configured to allow a reduced portion of the fluid to flow through the fluid passage.

  • Patent number: 9909679
Abstract: A valve device having a valve housing, through which passes a fluid channel, in which are formed a valve seat and a valve member which is accommodated such that it can be moved relative to the valve seat, having an electromechanical actuator for moving the valve member between at least two functional positions in order to influence a free cross-section of the fluid channel, and having a control device, which is designed for activating the actuator depending on a control signal and includes a delay circuit which, in the case of the valve being switched off, is designed for a time-delayed movement of the valve member into a switch-off position. The delay circuit includes an electrical energy store which, in the case of the valve being switched off, is designed for energy-independent movement of the valve member into the switch-off position.

  • Patent number: 9683761
Abstract: In an integration valve, a body, in which a vapor-liquid separating space is provided, includes a fixed throttle decompressing liquid-phase refrigerant, a liquid-phase refrigerant side valve body member opening or closing a liquid-phase refrigerant passage, and a vapor-phase refrigerant side valve body member opening or closing a vapor-phase refrigerant passage. Further, the vapor-phase refrigerant side valve body member is configured by a differential pressure regulating valve operated based on a pressure difference between a refrigerant pressure at a side of the vapor-phase refrigerant passage and a refrigerant pressure at a side of the liquid-phase refrigerant passage. The vapor-phase refrigerant side valve body member is movable when the liquid-phase refrigerant side valve body member is moved by a solenoid. Therefore, a cycle configuration of a heat pump cycle configuring a gas injection cycle can be simplified.

  • Patent number: 9506230
Abstract: A wall mount for a shower system at a wall connection emerging from a wall, whereby the shower system has at least one overhead shower head, a hand shower, and a shower rod. The attachment has at least one bracket with at least one conduit connected thereto and at least one adapter piece, whereby the bracket is configured to accommodate the adapter piece and a seal is provided between bracket and adapter piece, the seal allowing a relative movement between the bracket and adapter piece. The adapter piece is connectable to the wall connection by a first connecting component and the bracket is connected to the wall by a second connecting component. The bracket together with the adapter piece forms at least one conduit path between the wall connection and the conduit.

  • Patent number: 9297467
Abstract: A leak detection apparatus which is to detect a fluid leak in a closed fluid system and produce a display of the information of the leak on a display window of a control panel which may also be programmed to transmit that information to the human user such as a cell phone. The leak detection apparatus can be located in a closed position, not permitting flow of fluid within the closed fluid system, or in an open position permitting flow of fluid into the closed fluid system. During inactivity the closed fluid system is not capable of receiving fluid from a fluid supply pipe. During activity when fluid is being normally discharged from the closed fluid system the leak detection apparatus is to receive fluid from the fluid supply pipe.

  • Patent number: 8327884
Abstract: A regulator valve is structured such that hydraulic pressure to be output from a regulated pressure output port is regulated according to urging forces, i.e., line pressure to be regulated, throttle pressure, spring force from a compression coil spring, and operating force from a plunger, which are applied to a valve spool. The plunger has a small diameter portion and a large diameter portion having a diameter larger than the diameter of the small diameter portion, both of which are axially displaceably retained in a spring receiving sleeve. The small diameter portion is urged in one axial direction at one end of the plunger that protrudes into a spring chamber and faces the valve spool, while the large diameter portion is urged in the other axial direction by range pressure at the other end of the plunger which is isolated from the small diameter portion located in the spring chamber.

  • Patent number: 8251090
Abstract: A faucet includes a faucet body, a control knob, a follower and a switching valve. The faucet body has a water inlet, a water outlet and a switching port. The switching valve includes a driven rod moved with the control knob, a sealing plate having a plurality of connecting holes, a pressure release plate detachably pressing the sealing plate, and an elastic member mounted between the sealing plate and the pressure release plate. Thus, the switching valve can release the water pressure in the faucet body automatically so that the sealing plate is moved downward by its gravity to detach from the switching port, and the water inlet, the switching port and the water outlet are connected at a normal state to allow passage of water to prevent the water from being introduced into the shower head at the next usage.
