The internal water way assembly includes a valve assembly having a shank and a valve water way portion positioned on an upper portion of the shank. The valve water way portion defines a valve seat therein, and has a transversely extending outlet passageway. A valve cartridge for controlling flow through the assembly is seated in the valve seat, and, a bridge, which may be a single component or multi-part bridge has a passageway therethrough to receive water from the valve water way portion and a spout receiving portion. A spout tube is configured to be positioned in or on the spout receiving portion of the bridge. The internal water way assembly is attached to the cover plate.

Abstract: A process for fabricating an integral plastic faucet member and a finished product thereof are provided. The process mainly includes two injection steps. A first plastic injection is used to mold a first part at a middle connecting part of a faucet member. The first part is then placed into a mold for a second plastic injection so as to mold a second part at two sides of the faucet member. The second part is properly wrapped around and bonded to the first part. Meanwhile, desired holes are reserved to serve as water inlets, water outlets, and valve seats. Through such a two-injection process, the conventional complicated and time-consuming copper casting process is simplified, which improves the production efficiency and product quality, lows the cost and defective ratio. Meanwhile, the product weight is also reduced, which greatly reduces the transportation cost.

Abstract: A water faucet providing a digital temperature readout indicating the temperature of the water exiting the faucet is herein disclosed. The faucet provides a switch to change the display between Fahrenheit and Celsius and is powered by a small integral solar cell and an internal battery for periods of low ambient light. The display and corresponding circuitry is mounted inside of a waterproof enclosure which is removably mounted to the faucet spout by locking fasteners. The display is removable and allows for replacement or maintenance should it malfunction or break. During use, an internal thermocouple senses a change in temperature to activate the apparatus, thereby conserving energy. Such features are ideal for measuring the temperature of water used to wash hands or dishes to ensure compliance with health department requirements.

Abstract: A standing pipe faucet is formed from a faucet body shaped out of a hollow pillar, a separate body with a corresponding hole connecting it to the faucet body, and a slantwise threaded hole connecting water mixing valve to the assembly. A tube connects an outlet pipe through the hole groove. The tube has an outer diameter equal to the inner diameter of hole groove, and a length shorter than that of the hole groove. The tube corresponding to the threaded hole has a slantwise blocking groove. After the tube is inserted into the hole groove, a bolt is screwed in the threaded hole, generating a backward push between the bolt and the threaded hole, which fixes the outlet pipe and faucet body together. After the chamber has a water outlet through the tube, the whole assembly is completely assembled.
