Abstract: Aspects described herein generally relate to a cleaning system, such as a cleaning implement with a primary cleaning member and a removable secondary cleaning member, in particular a mop assembly with a primary cleaning member and a removable secondary cleaning member. The primary cleaning member may be a sponge based cleaning member and the secondary cleaning member may be a scrubbing brush or similar handheld scrubbing member. The scrubbing brush may have an attachment member that includes a pair of rails and a tab assembly that helps to releasably connect the scrubbing brush to a connecting member of the mop assembly.

Abstract: An assembly for cleaning a surgical instrument includes a first cleaning segment and a second cleaning segment coupled thereto. The first and second cleaning segments each present a respective first and second cleaning interface configured to be contacted by a first surgical instrument to clean a portion of the first surgical instrument. The first and second cleaning segments collectively define an instrument receiving channel sized and shaped to receive therein a second surgical instrument to thereby secure the first and second cleaning segments to the second surgical instrument.

Further, the first arm is configured to slide along the first axis.

A cleaning wipe fabric (22, 122) has a modulus of stiffness which is high enough to bridge a plurality of cleaning slots (26a-26d, 126a-126d) and hold the fabric out of contact with the slot floor surfaces (26a?), and low enough to be deflected by a fiber optic end being cleaned to sag within the cleaning slot to better enclose and clean the tip of the fiber optic end. Used cleaning fabric (22, 122) can easily be advanced or removed as needed to avoid using the same area of fabric for cleaning more than once.

Abstract: A nonwoven hand pad includes a substrate having first and second opposed major surfaces wherein the first major surface includes a first functional region configured for a first cleaning operation, and the second major surface includes at least two functional regions configured for second and third cleaning operations. A method of cleaning using such a pad is also disclosed.

Abstract: A tool head clamping system allows for the interchangeability of various cleaning tool head accessories. These accessories are connected by a clip assembly to a mop handle or like elongated hand tool handle. The system utilizes a novel male clip member to female clip member connection, with the female clip member located on the end of the elongated tool handle, and a tool head accessory consisting of the male clip member configured to have a variety of cleaning elements.

Abstract: A cleaning tool with a reservoir comprises an elongated handle attached to one end of a cleaning-head hub and an open cell liquid absorptive material, referred to as a squeeze sponge located within the cleaning-head hub. The cleaning tool has a reservoir for holding fluid within the cleaning-head hub and handle removable interchangeable scrubbing components for cleaning grills and griddles. The sponge holds the fluid and dispenses the cleaning liquid drawn from the reservoir to the heat tolerant liquid permeable material used for scrubbing. A mounting plate liquid barrier layer is disposed at a bottom of the reservoir. A plunger plate is disposed above the squeeze sponge and comprises a perimeter seal fitted to mesh against interior sides of the reservoir. A knob is coupled plunger plate above it. A vertical stabilizer rod is disposed within the interior of the reservoir and fitted to the plunger plate.

Abstract: An improved chamois drying device includes a malleable chamois body having a pocket that is interposed between a front surface, a rear surface, a pair of opposing side edges, a bottom edge and a top edge. An absorbent sponge is positioned within the pocket of the chamois body and functions to remove water accumulated by the chamois body. The chamois body is constructed from one or more pieces of water repellant chamois and includes an opening that is in communication with the pocket for receiving and positioning the absorbent sponge. One or more connectors are positioned along either side of the opening to secure the opening into an open or a closed position.

Abstract: An example dry eraser and associated systems and methods are described. The example dry eraser includes a body with a top wall, a bottom wall, a front wall, a rear wall, and first and second side walls. The body includes a hollow interior configured and dimensioned to receive therein a plurality of individual wipes. The top wall of the body includes an opening configured and dimensioned to dispense therefrom the plurality of individual wipes. The dry eraser includes an erasure material disposed on at least a portion of the bottom wall of the body.

Abstract: A rectangular-shape three-section one-layer golf towel consists of a face section which cleans golfer's face/hands, a grip section which cleans club grips, and a club section which cleans golf club heads/golf balls. Among the three sections, the grip section is located between the face section and the club section. There are two one-inch wide connecting seams in the golf towel to separate the three sections. The three sections could have different color and could be made from different fabrics. Also, a small slit sewn in the middle of the golf towel on one edge is used to hang the golf towel on the golf bag. Such multi-functional golf towel could have different sizes.

Abstract: A bath auxiliary device includes a front and a back communicated via a first through hole, a second through hole and a slot. The first and second through holes are separated for the slot to located therebetween. The slot has one end communicated with the first through hole and the slot has a width smaller than a diameter of the first through hole. A rope fixing portion extends outward from a periphery of the second through hole. When the bath auxiliary device is used with a bath puff, a rope of the bath puff passes through the first through hole. Then a part of the rope is positioned in the slot, and the rest of the rope is fixed to the rope fixing portion by means of winding. Thereby, the bath puff can be easily assembled to and disassembled from the bath auxiliary device, improving convenience of use.

Abstract: A pipe painter assembly comprises a handle and a pair of paint roller frames. The paint roller frames comprise respective shaft portions for rotatably supporting respective paint roller cover supports thereon and respective rod portions extending at an angle relative to the respective shaft portions. The handle has a pair of laterally spaced axially extending substantially parallel bores in which outer ends of the respective rod portions are selectively rotatably mounted, whereby turning of either or both of the respective rod portions in either direction in the respective bores will vary the angular orientation of the paint roller cover supports relative to one another for accommodating different size pipes or other articles between the roller cover supports.

Abstract: A body scrubber holder apparatus including a rigid handle portion, a flexible body portion, and a holder portion including a holding aperture and designed to receive and retain a body scrubber. The holder portion includes retention pins extending transversely away from the body of the holder portion and into the holding aperture, such that the retention pins can fit into slots on a body scrubber or other device. The holder apparatus is shaped such that the strain force experienced by the apparatus is concentrated on the flexible body portion, which can flex when experiencing strain, and rebound to an original orientation when no longer experiencing strain. The strain force being concentrated on the body portion (as opposed to on the connection between the holder and the cleaning device) provides an advantage the strain force does not risk the breakage of the retention mechanism of the holder portion.

The handle connector houses the components of the scrubbing mechanism, including a scrubbing pad, axle, slide and spring. The scrubbing pad is located on the lower surface of the handle connector. The axle is connected to the base of the mop head and to the slide so that when sufficient downward force is applied to compress the spring, the scrubbing pad moves downward relative to the lower surface of the handle connector so that the scrubbing pad engages the cleaning surface.

Abstract: Disclosed is an endothermic towel which causes an endothermic reaction with moisture of a human body to remove a thermal feeling and to simultaneously dry moisture in a short time. The towel includes: a first towel member having an exothermic function; and a second towel member having a ventilating function, wherein the first and second towel members are integrated with each other by sewing edges of the first and second towel members, so that the skin temperature may be effectively dropped down, a feeling of use may be improved and the low-temperature state may be more efficiently maintained.

Two sides give a measurement of 7.50 inches tip to tip. The other two sides measured north to south, tip to tip gives a measurement of 5.5 inches. A rough-textured portion of the outer body provides added friction between the outer body and skin of a user to allow the user to scrub or exfoliate his or her skin.

Abstract: A new design for a marker holder and eraser has a front side and a back side, the back side having a recess. The front side has two openings for retaining markers. A metal plate and a magnet holder are disposed within the recess and an erasing material covers the recess. Projections extend from the magnet holder into openings on the front side to engage markers disposed in the openings, thereby holding the markers at any angle.

Abstract: A foaming porous pad suitable for coupling to a hand-held device and for application to human skin includes a porous pad substrate and a foaming composition disposed on the porous pad substrate. The porous pad substrate includes a nonwoven pile fabric having a nonwoven backing layer and a pile comprising individual fibers extending from the backing layer. The nonwoven pile fabric has fibers having a denier of less than about 9. Other aspects of the disclosure include a kit including a foaming porous pad and a motorized handheld device, methods of making the foaming porous pad, and methods of using the foaming porous pad.

Abstract: A flexible and resilient tool for use with a conventional half barrel, parallel frame caulking gun or enclosed “sausage” style caulking gun, aiding the user in finishing and shaping after the caulking material has been applied. One function of the tool is to collect excess caulk from his finger(s) or from various shaping tools and spatulas. Also provided can be cap, rag and sponge holders. Additional embodiments include adaptations to existing prior art disposable caulking cartridges and caulking guns to include components of the disclosed tool.

The scrubbing mechanism includes a scrub bar, and is movable between an inactive position in which the bar is flush with or above the lower surface of the plate, and an active position in which the bar extends through an opening through the plate to be at least partially below the lower surface of the plate. The cleaning pad moves from being flat on the lower surface of the plate when the scrubbing mechanism is in the inactive position, and a second configuration in which at least a portion of the cleaning pad protrudes downwards from the lower surface when the scrubbing mechanism is in the active position.

Abstract: A cleaning implement has an abrasive component and an absorbent component bound together. The absorbent component comprises a microfiber fabric. The abrasive component is crocheted from a polyester yarn with embedded abrasive particles such as metallic fibers. The cleaning implement may be manufactured in a wide variety of shapes, colors, sizes, and configurations to meet task-specific needs or personal preference.

Abstract: A hand operated squeeze sponge mop with a disposable sponge assembly where the sponge has a pair of spaced apart posts. Each post has a multiplicity of vertically ascending transverse notches on opposite sides of each post. A pair of spaced apart retention members is located on the main body, each retention member respectively having an aligned opening to receive a respective post and a pair of teeth to be received in a respective transverse notch of a post. Each tooth is formed as part of a tooth section having a transverse tooth and an upper squeeze handle. Each tooth section further includes an exterior flared section which functions as a spring. The spring force of the flared sections of a respective member forces a respective tooth into engagement with a transverse notch on a post.

Abstract: A removable tip oral hygiene device to clean a plurality of soft surfaces within a user's mouth comprising an elongated body, where the elongated body extends between a first end and a second end; a textured tip at the first end; a removable cleaning material attached to the textured tip, where the removable cleaning material cleans the user's gums; and a textured surface at the second end, where the textured surface cleans a tongue of the user. During use, the removable cleaning material is replaced as needed to gently clean the user's gums.

Abstract: A manual device for cleaning surfaces that can be operated with one hand has an integrated spraying unit, a reservoir for a cleaning fluid that can be sprayed using the spraying device, and a cleaning element that is suitable for wiping the surfaces to be cleaned. The manual device has a pen-like or flat rectangular shape, and the cleaning element is a hydrophilic microfibre cloth (4), comprising a flat cleaning surface, which is connected to the manual device and arranged longitudinally thereupon. The manual device is also advantageously multi-functional and has, in addition to its cleaning function, at least one additional function in the form of a pen tip (5) for operating temperature-sensitive display devices and/or a laser diode (6) for use as a laser pointer.

Abstract: A hand-held, multi-purpose cleaning tool the includes an elongated body member, a squeegee interconnected to the body member along one edge thereof, and a microfiber cloth assembly that is interconnected to the body member along an opposite edge thereof. The microfiber cloth assembly includes a microfiber bonnet that is open along one edge thereof and a rigid, elongated rod that is positioned within the microfiber bonnet. The squeegee securely interconnects with the body member along an edge opposite the microfiber bonnet assembly and includes an elongated blade that has a slit formed at about its midpoint to permit flexing and contouring of the blade to an uneven surface.
